Enlightenment

It's a bit annoying how hard it is to reach enlightenment. Theoretically, all you need to do is give up all desires. However, wanting to reach enlightenment also happens to be a desire.

Usually, it's easier to remove all other desires first and then depriving yourself to the point of not wanting enlightenment anymore.
