It's a good idea to always carry a laminated piece of paper containing the most important phones numbers you'll need. Order it in a way a stranger should call. If you ever end up incapacitated, the people who find you will know who to call.

It'll also be extremely useful for you if you haven't memorized those numbers. That sheet of numbers will almost certainly never be stolen.
