Duke Ismael held the golden spear with both hands as Cardinal flew towards him and cast his shadow-elemental spell.

"Dark Vanish!"

His figure turned into a cloud of smoke and disappeared from there a second later.

Unlike most awakens, he had two types of powers. One was the power of Luck, while the other one was the power of Shadows. But there were still many restrictions to use the full potential of these powers, though. Unlike Cardinal Smith, he couldn't create domain power and overpower the enemy.
