The Invitation

Kim was on her office finishing her work, when her secretary arrived.

"Here's the other files you requested Ma'am"

"Okay, you can leave it here." Her secretary leave the folder in her desk and bowed before leaving the room. Her work was piled since she was gone for several months, so she must double her time to finish her work, even midnight.

A ring tone suddenly broke her concentration, which make her even irritated. She should have turned her phone in a silent mode, but most of the people who knew her number should know she was in her work. They knew that she would never really going to entertain any phone calls from them if she's working, but the ringtone does not stop.

She snatched her phone and view who's calling her, but it was an unknown number. She thought for a second to answer the call, since it might be an important call.

"Hello?"

"Is this Kim Swace?"

"Whom am I calling with?" A laugh was then she heard from the other side of the call, she frowned.

"Yellow Kim, its the most handsome guy Ethan your old friend calling"

She hunged up the phone call, she even thought it was an important call. But it turns out it was just a call came from his old enemy not friend. How dare he disturbed her, she also wondered where he got her personal number? But well maybe he have his way since he was powerful enough to know. Why did he bother her now? Its been so long since she forgot about him but in the past month she last saw him it was still not enough, he have to enter her life now? She really dislike the idea of talking to him and meet that person again, it just boils up her blood just by hearing from him. He has done so many things to her in the past that she have still grudges deep in her heart until now. What did he want from her now?

A knock on the door interupt her train of thought about his old enemy.

"Sorry for my intrusion Ma'am, but a call from Will company, the president wants to talk to you. Shall I give this to you?" Kim sighed, she can't believe he even use his company's phone number just to talk to her. Her secretary might have a different idea if she refuse the call, and it was a bother for her secretary if she deal with the person on the otherside.

"Please give it to me, and you may also leave the room"

Her secretary came out the room, when she answered the call from the other side. She started to close the blinds of her glass windows, she does not want to see by her employee that she lost her composure.

"What do you want Mr. President?"

"Is this how you greet your client? How shameful of you Ms. President"

"Same to you, stop with this nonsense. This better be an important call, or else I'd be hunging up, since I still have things to finish more important things than talking nonsense to you"

"Don't be like that Kim, I just want to invite you in a lunch. I have some things to discuss personally to you"

"Is that it? What if I wont come? Plus, Is there anything that concerns me to comply on your invitation?"

"You don't need to answer, just go in the adress I was going to send. I'll be waiting there. That's all bye"

He was the first who hunged up, before she could even talkback to him. How dare he command Kim Swace to come? He must be out of his mind if he really wait there.

"Pathetic retard, who tells him she would go on that place? He was really overbearing in his prowess"

She went back in her work not minding the invitation she just recieved.
