Company's Vacation

As the company grows, Kim never fail to give her employees a reward of having a vacation. Without their hardwork and teamwork, her company would not prosper that far.

Kim's team was now heading to the location, which her sister picked for them. It was one of the highest rated resort to have a vacation. The place have a natural ambiance that will help them enjoy and relax while on the place. That is proven as they look out the window of the car.

"I told 'ya sis... it's a great place isn't it?" her sister tell her, enjoying the view outside. Kim just smiled and nodded at her statement. Indeed the place was great for them to stay. A few tourist can be seen as they arrived in the villa.

"We're here!" Zen immediately got out in their car. Kim shake her head as she thought how excited Zen to check the place.

Kim headed for the receptionist to get their keys for the room they reserved. As soon as she got their key, a personnel lead them to their villa. They unload as their car parked infront of the villa.

Even though they are still outside, they could see how beautiful the view of the sea below them. The sea breeze and the cool air in the place make them relax from it. How much more would they enjoy the place, if they start checking other place of the resort.

"It's still morning so we could still have time to check out the place" one of them said.

"Right, Later we could meet at the lobby of the Resort's Restuarant to have our lunch, so see 'ya guys" Zen already went elsewhere before Kim could stop her.

"Let's unload first, before we go. Maybe after lunch we could unpacked our other things." Kim told them and gave each of the key of the room. They started to get their things.

It took them half-hour to finish and they dispersed to check out the place. Kim was left alone, her friends was not with her since they all have their own sched packed with their job. Her secretary Riza tried to invite her, but she refused since she wants to rest for a while.

She walk towards the terrace, which looking down the clear sea. She make her way as she saw an outdoor lounge chair and take a rest in it. The sea breeze was calming her nerves, as well as the serenity of the place.

Time flies, the sun glared at her, which make her wake-up. She checked her wrist to check the time, it was already passed eleven, few minutes it would be twelve. She stretched and make her way to the restu, there she saw them gathered in a long table.

"Finally your here sis, we've already ordered the food for us all" Zen says to her as she fucos on editing her pictures she got. She looked around to check the restu's design and other details, until a glance caught her. She tried to recheck if she was not mistaken.

She saw Eric in a different table with a guy which looks like at the same age as him. Beside the person was a beautiful lady which was also talking with them.

'What is he doing here? Who are they?' Kim asked to herself, still looking at them. Zen finished her work on the photos, when she was about to talk to her sister she noticed her looking elsewhere.

"Hey sis, they might melt from your stare" as she confirmed where she was looking.

'Is this a coincidence? How can he be here? Is he with someone else? Since, he's with a couple. Maybe he might.' Kim started to worry that much, she just started to have a good relationship with him in a month, of course with his friend and hers. They encountered each other since they live in the same village. But right now, they were outside the country. How come he was here also?

"Please stop it already sis, you look like a fool there staring in the air" Zen clap in front of her, she noticed they all look at her.

"They've been waiting for you sis. Don't worry I know why you act that way so I'll lead the prayer" she whispered to her. She was ashamed at what just happened. Her sister put foods on her plate, picking the fork and pick a food taking it towards Kim's mouth.

"Please eat first, later I'll tell you something. Okay?" Kim snatched the fork and ate her food.

Zen and Kim was left, since they gave each of them a pass card for the adventure park near the resort. Eric and with the couple was still there chatting.

Their location was hardly be noticed with the plants on the place.

"Now, what are you going to tell me?" Kim asked Zen with a impatient in it.

"Well, first I really planned to choose this place. I have a secret friend who recently told me Eric was planning to invest in a resort, which was owned by one of his former classmate in college. The time you tell me you will be having a company's vacation, that's I started searching the place and luckily as I check-out the reviews of the place, it was indeed a great place. But I have no idea he was still here since it was already a couple of week passed when my secret friend told me" Zen sheepishly tell her sister, with how things turned out.

"So that's why. And wait a minute, who is this secret friend you are talking about?"
