Villainous

A shameless review by the shameless author! 'Villainous' is a story about a girl who has to make tough and sometimes ruthless decisions while trying to survive in a hostile alien world, making use of a cheat-like Interface given to her by an unknown meddling being. In order to survive everything thrown her way, she has to get stronger while unraveling the mystery surrounding the body she transmigrated into - the past and secrets of the enigmatic 44. The reason for the title (without revealing spoilers) is: those in power like to stay in power, and anyone who threatens the status quo will be labeled by them as a criminal, a 'villain'. But good and evil are subjective morals - a coup d'etat is seen as a glorious revolution when it succeeds, and a violent insurrection when it fails. Only the victors decide how history is written. I'll do my best to update chapters often! But I'm doing this for fun so I don't want to set a schedule only to disappoint people. Hence my (slightly honest) 4 star rating of stability. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) I hope those of you who come along for the journey enjoy the ride. Thank you!

I joined this site specifically for this story, can't wait to see more of it. The setting and storytelling are deep and complicated, the characters are full and interesting, the plot is fascinating and evolves constantly. I highly recommend this to anyone familiar to the tropes of this genre, it uses them in new and creative ways. Props to BreadCat!

Worthy of being read if otherworldly adventures are your cup of tea. The character development is reasonably paced and often done in an intriguing manner. Supporting characters are on the few, but with more chapters this will more than likely be remedied.

'Shameless Author, shall there be a Shameless romance?' I am currently in love with the MC. She sticks to her morals, her thoughts are clear and her mind is sound. I wouldn't act much different if I were her, especially when it came to the other slaves.
