Unsurmountable pain!!!

After spending quite time dating each other; one day Tanish had a random thought and he felt too stressed thinking about it.... n this thought was that if in the future he didn't end up with Aditi then what would be his condition ! He was so obsessed with her that even the thought of parting with her was so disturbing for him. His mom had already started arranging dates for him and he couldn't deny his mom as his relationship with Aditi was still a secret .... a beautiful secret that he treasured more than anything in this world! He thought of confessing all of this to his mom but he wasn't sure if Aditi's family would allow her to marry him ... and thinking about this he was so stressed that he couldn't do any of his work properly.

On the other hand Aditi was busy with her job and on creating her own business empire ; the thought of marriage was far far away from her but she had already thought of confessing everything to her mom about her love life but she was so scared of her mom's probable reaction that she never dared to say anything to her mom.

Due to this stressful thought Tanish was now sorting the possibilities to woo Aditi. She belonged to a well-off business family and even her lifestyle was quite extravagant , she lived like a princess and he thought that with his current status and job he could only afford half of her existing amenities and this scrutiny made him further depressed. This depressing state of his mind made him feel guilty, and in such awful state he made the most worse decision of his life n that was to break up with her !!!

All he thought at that moment was that he didn't deserve Aditi in the first place, and yet he dared to love her to an extent to which she was his top most priority and he couldn't restrain himself from talking to her, spending time with her; and he felt guilty that even though he knew his condition, he still dared to love her, to touch her, to make love to her. With all these thoughts hovering his mind he tried to distance himself from her but only he knew how painful it was for him to restrain himself from her.

She was unable to understand his weird behavior so she called him to ask why is he ignoring her from past few days and he didn't have a solid answer to this as he couldn't tell her the actual reason that he thought himself to be incapable for her nor would he lie to her. Gathering all the courage he had, he told her " I don't feel the same way as I felt when we started with this relationship, I feel as if guilt has taken over my mind and as if I'm fooling you n toying with your emotions", and she knew what he meant by saying this; each word he uttered was giving an unsurmountable pain to her which was evident through her voice ; but seeing her in pain was hurting him as if someone was stabbing an axe in his heart !, only he knew the amount of pain it caused to say these things to her, despite knowing the fact that it'll break her trust, her heart, and her caring soul would cry hearing this from him.

After this call she locked herself in her room and cried all night as she couldn't understand the reason behind his abrupt decision of leaving her. It was too difficult for her to trust anyone coz she always feared if they broke her trust she wouldn't be able to handle it anymore ; all that had happened with her life was enough to mentally destroy any other girl of the same age as her, but for she was emotionally strong enough she could sail through her bad patch of life; and for this reason she did not easily trust anyone... but the one she trusted blindly was now leaving her and this thing was the most hurtful of all. She felt as if with every word he said he was ripping off her heart and the unbearable pain made out it's way in the form of tears.
