"Okay! Tilt your head a little to the left." he said with a pen stuck in his mouth. " Yes. Now stick your butt out. Straight face. No smiling" he scolded.
This was hard. Who would have thought that Brooklyn had to go through all of this. I guess the modelling life isn't suited for everyone... meaning me.
"Take five. And get your shit together." The modelling instructor guy, whose name I later found out was John, grumbled in a very pissed off manner.
" Sorry, long John. Not everyone was born to pose in front of a camera." I laughed.
He flipped me off as he sashayed away. I chuckled as I began to walk away to grab a smoothie.
I arrived at the bar casually sipping my smoothie when someone joined me.
"Tonight your going to a party."
I looked over at the man, about to protest when I realised who he was. I continued to sip my smoothie ignoring him.
"You shall be my escort, my date. For the party and in real life." his voice left no room for argument. But I didn't care. How dare him tell me what to do.
"I will not date you. And neither shall I attend this dainty party of yours. So if you may excuse me." I got up to leave with my head held high. No one orders me around except me.
"You..." he said huskily. His British accent thick. He was hot, admittedly. But he was already a pain in the ass.
"Fairwell." I said mockily imitating his accent.
All of a sudden, I was pulled to his lap. Oh daddy.
"You are mine..." he mumbled as he traced his lips on my neck. "So you can forget about any other man. I'm your Daddy."
Yes that feels good, but why should I fall into his trap like all his other girls. None of his other girls are like me, nor has he ever seen a girl like me.
"Daddy? Yeah." I laughed humorlessly. "Does that make me Mommy. Because mommy doesn't like guys who fool around. So be a real man, and find a girl who likes you instead of trying to force yourself on one." I tried to break out of his muscular arms that were caged around me.
"Unlike your other girls I don't want to be your girl. Your baby. You've already done enough damage. Look at you. All the secrets I've promised to keep for you. Just so you can lie and spit on my face." I turned around in his arms to face him. "You lied to my sister. You hurt me. You hurt my family. I lied to them to keep them safe. You said you would leave me alone. You've always been a liar. You even turned me into one." I stared at him, straight into his cold blue eyes. My green ones fiercely portraying my hatred.
"Don't talk to me. Ever again," I said as his arms fell limply at his side. I studied his handsome face. I see why Keira loved him, though he never loved her back. He loves me. But I would never feel the same way. "Jake..."
