Main Chapter: "Calm."

For 30 minutes Class 1-A had been in an awkward situation, courtesy of Xuan Yu. Despite facing off against all of his classmates. Xuan Yu chose to go on the offensive and managed to put everyone on the ground.

Then whenever they'd try to get up, he would put them back down without hurting them. Eventually, everyone from Class 1-A but Xuan Yu was laying flat. Though Tan Cui was like that voluntarily.

At first most of the class tried to do something especially, Lou Jian and Ming Xie but Xuan Yu managed to keep them both down. Mou Lin also tried to suggest ending the "spar" several times. But Xuan Yu managed to convince him with glares. And since no was actually getting hurt Mou Lin wouldn't forcefully stop it.

Eventually, it became something they laughed about, and the class turned to cloud-gazing and snacks.

Though it did turn back to training for the Bell Exam. Though Xuan Yu didn't participate feeling it unnecessary. While Tan Cui didn't feel like fighting after her initial spar.

By the time it came for the Bell Exam to officially begin. Mou Lin gave a bell to Xuan Yu and no other member of Class 1-A tried to take it from him.

Leaving the Academy Field behind. Xuan Yu quickly met and was surrounded by 3 other students of Qing. And just behind them was a decent size crowd.

"Qing Ruo Xuan Yu, I don't know what the other members of your class are thinking. Letting you hold a bell undeservingly. But do not think that I or the rest of the students here will be as merciful.

Qing Ruo Xuan Yu! Know this we have already accepted our challenge tokens. And you will not escape until you hand over the bell."

Xuan Yu did not bother to pay attention to the voice, the face or the expression of the person he wrote off as less than cannon fodder. Though he did take a look at the challenge token he was showing off.

The 5-sided purple medallion with a gunbai on it's front and back. The image of a moon in the corner. Was glowing a gentle purple light. Showing it was active.

"Are you a group?"

Xuan Yu asked pointing at the three in front of the crowd.

"Yes, though only one of us-…"

"Accept."

As the opposing group was shocked by Xuan Yu's words the medallion flashed brightly before turning gray.

Then Xuan Yu stepped forward and several snaps rang out as the youth had his wrist broken, his elbow broken and then his shoulder broken. Before the shock his body was going through passed, his knee was then broken, and he began to float.

By the time he landed he was unable to register the amount of blows he received. Eyes rolled back, with his body bent at strange angles. His lack of consciousness the only reason he was silent.

Just like the unfortunate youth, the crowd was silent and the other two challengers were completely still.

Xuan Yu moved forward again, and a youth found himself floating filled with pain and then sent flying. However, there was no snaps this time. Unintentionally caught by his teammate together they hesitated. But the presence of somebody behind them made them steel their nerves and charge.

Then found that neither of them could touch Xuan Yu, rather they ended up hitting each other more than once. Finished evaluating them, Xuan Yu stepped in avoiding a punch. And tenderized one of the youths before sending his body onto the first "corpse."

Realizing it was just him. The last youth turned and tried to run but Xuan Yu caught him, forced him to kneel and choked him into unconsciousness.

After that the crowd was absent of sound and when Xuan Yu moved toward them, they scampered out of the way. With the fight over a Reflecting Moon Cultivator with a blue armband appeared. Collecting the injured and the used challenge token.

'So, Yuyu where to now?'

'Nowhere. There's nothing of importance here.'

'Come on, Yuyu, you were expelled within the first month. This is the first time that you've been able to actually enjoy a school life. Actually, look around you.'

Xuan Yu's wandering had brought him to the other student building. It was quite different from the Class 1-A one. It held several floors divided into two sides. That all had polished wood floor and an array of brightly colored classrooms. Under a ceiling of reinforced glass that allowed the afternoon sunlight in.

From the bottom floor to the top there was not a single dull color. And from inside some of the open classrooms. Xuan Yu could see the windows that was letting in even more natural light. As well as the seating cushions and simple desk that would number 50 per room.

All around there were people loitering around. Some talking with friends, some staring at him curiously or gossiping excitedly, others just messing around having fun. There were even three kids chasing each other. And ever so slightly he heard a group gambling about who had bells. According to what he was hearing. Most people were betting on Dai Tian.

Overall most of the students here were, having fun. Preferring to indulge in their free time than worry about the Bell Exam right away.

Along with-

'There's nothing here.'

By Xuan Yu's own admission there was nothing there.
