I Love You

"Pretty my ass, she's obviously a witch... A pretty witch"

Si Qingxia sighed

It's not like she was not affected, the moment she heard her call Tang Xiao her fiance, she didn't want it to hurt but she couldn't help but feel a pang of pain in her chest, She was sad, but she dismissed it.

" It's nothing," she thought to herself "it didn't mean a thing "

But she knew deep down that it was something, she was starting to have feelings for him and the thought of him having an fiancee hurts a lot.

Lu Shan and Xinghe got to their destination late at night, and they were already tired from the long ride, it was a beach house , located on a small island.

It's one of the properties Lu Shan acquired, and it's his favorite place because it's located on a secluded area, and he comes here mostly to have a quiet time.

Lu Shan led Xinghe into the house , while carrying their bags.

On getting inside, Lu Shan dropped their luggage in the room.

The atmosphere became awkward and silent fell between them.

Lu Shan looked at Xinghe and said

" Unpack your stuff.....then come out for dinner "

Then he immediately left the room leaving Xinghe alone inside the room.

Leaving the room he headed straight to the dining room, he already informed his housekeeper that he was coming over so she came over and had already prepared dinner.

He had to inform her because he doesn't visit often, his housekeeper was not stable,so she had to come over and clean the place up before they arrived.

Xinghe took her bags and began to unpack, soon she was through,she then headed straight to the dinning room, because she was really hungry.

When the housekeeper saw them,she immediately served them their dinner.

After they had finished eating the housekeeper cleared the table, when she was done she picked her things and said her goodbye to them, she didn't forget to wish them her best, since she knew they had just been married and they were here for their honeymoon.

After the housekeeper had left Lu Shan went into the room and entered the bathroom to take a shower.

The moment he got out he saw Xinghe bringing out her sleep-in clothes,and when she saw him come out of the bathroom she took her stuff and went in.

Xinghe could not help but feel anxious, she took her toothbrush and brushed her teeth, she then took a quick shower ,dressed up and came out of the bathroom.

When she got out she saw Lu Shan standing by the glass wall with parted curtains , it's a great view because you can see the beach from there ,and all the waves, he was standing there with a glass of wine in his hand.

The instant Lu Shan saw her he turned to her before saying.

"little Swan "

"hhmn" she whispered

" can we talk?" he said

Xinghe nodded

Lu Shan took a deep breath and said

"I know this marriage is not a convenient one, we both don't want this...." he paused "to me you are my mie mie, my little Swan, so...i cannot really be a husband to you,.... I can't lay my hands on you" he breathed out "I'm sorry to say this but I will not consummate our marriage"

Xinghe breathed out, she didn't even realise that she has been holding her breath out of nervousness until now, she didn't want it too, so she was grateful.

She had her eyes moist with tears and cried out "Da gege "

Lu Shan pulled her into his embrace and whispered into her ears "it will be okay"

"No matter what happens, my feeling for you will never change, I love you little swan "

(A/N: please don't forget that Lu Shan's love for little Swan was a pure one, to him she was his mie mie. :XD)

After a while, little Swan pulled out of his embrace,and wiped her tears.

"You can rest now" Lu Shan said

She was hesitating

"Don't worry, I will sleep in the next room " Lu Shan said

Then she nodded and climbed the bed

While Lu Shan left the room and entered the room directly opposite Xinghe.

The moment his back hit the bed his thoughts shifted to Hani, how he wish she was the one he married, he would have been the happiest man on earth.

Before he could get a hold of his feelings, tears began to formed at the side if his eyes.

He's still in love with Hani, with that realization he said.

Love you Hani
