Elemental Pavillion

Early morning,

"Its the first day of the month, i should buy Elemental Stones." the youth opened his eyes.

Elemental Stones are used for training gifts, as it has the elemental energy required for cultivating.

It is extremely expensive.

Every half a year, the city would only produce about a million Elemental Stones, and the city has hundred thousand population excluding the beggars.

Furthermore, one can only buy 10 stones per month. to prevent stocks from running out.

But as it is expensive, some people dont have the capital to buy it, so the few remainders are smuggled to the large factions.

The Imperial Family setted up Elemental Pavillions all around the empire to ensure no one embezzles the stones

All Mining Organizations within the empire submit their gains in exchange for money as there is a decree that forbids anyone from buying from Mining Organizations, but of course there are Black Markets that sells them.

The Elemental Pavillion is the imperial shop that sells materials that can help with cultivating Gifts.

It is a building with 9 floors, each floor is filled with treasures, with the Ninth Floor having the greatest treasures in the city and 1st floor having only uncommon treasures.

The building is overall luxurious with beastskin sofas for the lobby and with desks made of gold.

Over the front desk, there is an old man with a dignified aura.

"Mister, Can i buy stones for the month?"said Luan Zhu as he touched the fingerprint scanner that is used to detect identities, as there might be some who will sneak back and hide their identities to buy more stones.

"Alright, go inside the room"said the old man as he pointed at one of the rooms

As Luan Zhu entered the room, the room is actually crowded with lots of people getting their elemental stones as it is the first day of the month and their Gift Cultivation cannot be delayed.

But the waiting line didnt last long, as the proccess is fast.

Soon, it was Luan Zhu's turn.

"Alright, here it is."said the woman as she touched her spatial ring and took ten slightly bright stones, these are naturally the Elemental Stones.

"Thanks"said Luan Zhu as he left the room and proceeded towards the exit.

"Hey hey hey, Where is Little Zhu going?"A young man with an arrogant demeanour spoke as he blocked Luan Zhu from exitting.

"Hong Chi! Fighting at the Building can get you banned for the rest of your life from entering here!"said Luan Zhu with a dark face

"Naturally, i wont be fighting you here, If you're not a coward then come face me outside!"smiled the young man

This man is Hong Chi, the nephew of the Hong Manor Lord.

"You will regret this!"said Luan Zhu as he exitted and followed Hong Chi.

"Hehe, Little Zhu! This time im going to see how you can get away!"laughed Hong Chi as he proceeded to gather energy for his gift and launched it towards Luan Zhu.

The Gift Projectile is a white dagger but if one looked closely, one can notice blue sparks circling around the dagger.

"Lightning Dagger! Damn!"cursed Luan Zhu as he tried to deflect the lightning dagger

"Since i cant deflect it, i might aswell just disregard it and attack you!"thought Luan Zhu as he controlled the air to produce curve undistingishable wind blades and launched them towards Hong Chi

"Hmph"snorted Hong Chi as a green energy circle bursted out of him

"Energy Shield!, This guy is too shameless!''cursed Luan Zhu but no one could hear him as they were isolated.

"You remember this!"yelled Luan Zhu as he got hit by the white dagger and almost fainted, but he gathered enough energy to activate the teleportation card that he used only for life threatening matters

"Hahahaha! Run like the dog you are!"mocked Hong Chi
