Chapter 7 Yunshe Li Enters the Fray

Qin Ming stared in disbelief. "No way this can't be."

Taotie Zishan's blood trickled down Yunshe Li's blade. Taotie had a big smile on his face "ah kid don't worry."

Taotie lost consciousness. Yunshe Li slides his blade out of his chest "wow and he thought he could be a challenge for me. Ha what a joke."

Qin Ming couldn't hear anything, all he could see was red. He was overcome with anger, his eyes were completely bloodshot. "Kill him, I'm gonna kill him."

Yunshe Li holds his hand up to his ear "ahh what was that you say something kid."

Qin Ming moved as quickly as lightning. Although Yunshe Li didn't notice he had moved so fast he left behind an after image. He rams his fist into his jaw. Yunshe Li grabs it in surprise "what the hell."

He then saw the after image of Qin Ming's punch. "No way."

Qin Ming was so angry that his body was moving on its own. He had even instinctively used the [Stellar Transformation] divine ability, this was something he could not do of his own volition. Anything having to do with his diremonster or god lineage he had no control over. In fact this newfound speed was due to his mother. Although if he could truly awaken his god, he could move at light speeds, after all stars are sources of light.

Yunshe Li was being assaulted from every angle. He was beaten at speeds he couldn't even process. All he did was hold up his arms to lessen his beating. "GRR ENOUGH ALREADY!!!"

He strikes out with his blade. When he strikes this causes a vortex of pressure and sucks Qin Ming into its pull. Yunshe Li takes this opportunity to slash upon his chest, legs, anything really. Qin Ming put his arm up and caught the blade in his forearm. He allowed the blade to get caught on his bone. When one didn't take risks one could never win. Qin Ming smiled and pulled him into his fist.

Yunshe Li went flying. His hand was pretty much glued to his blade and so he ripped off Qin Ming's arm. After all it was attached to the bone but the force was so great it caused his own arm to be chopped off. Qin Ming was a madman who didn't listen to reason; he hardly even noticed his hand was missing.

He sighs "no matter I'll deal with it later."

Yunshe Li was honestly scared out of his mind, but he charged forward regardless. He leapt forward and plunged his blade straight through Qin Ming's chest. He just cracks an ugly smile and slams his fist into the side of his gut. Yunshe Li gritted his teeth in pain. His entire side was on fire, his ribs were splintered apart and his organs were ruptured. Yunshe Li removes his blade and jumps backwards.

Yunshe Li slowly breathed the world around him and slowed down. Qin Ming became like an unmoving glacier. Qin Ming thought to himself "t-this is a Dao Realm!"

Dao Realms contain absolute and immense power, even 'weak' ones would be able to release awesome power. Yunshe Li sighed "good, good my Dao Realm is stable.

Qin Ming felt his throat close up. Yunshe Li starts to slowly walk around Qin Ming "you gave me quite some trouble, but now you are just a sitting duck."

Qin Ming followed Yunshe Li with his eyes. He had experienced Dao Realms before. After all, he had fought against Akemi's Dao Realm and was quite versed in dealing with one. To Qin Ming this petty Dao Realm was nothing to him. He knew that even though he was trapped in one it didn't necessarily spell his defeat. All he had to do was forcibly brakethrough.

This was of course easier said than done regrettably. If breaking out was so easy don't you think it would already be done? Yunshe Li would make it easy for him. He was cocky and he was just using this time to constantly mock him.

Yunshe Li's Dao Realm was new and did not have a firm 'foundation'. This made breaking out just slightly easier. Qin Ming kept pushing back at this created space. He was desperately trying to send his spiritual energy to smash apart the surrounding space. Yunshe Li slightly giggled. "Oh my look at you go you still think you can escape!"

Yunshe Li grips Qin Ming's chin. "You dare defy me, you worm."

Qin Ming felt his skin curl, Yunshe Li was a master at making him feel uncomfortable. In fact he was a master of making anyone uncomfortable. He was exceptionally skilled in getting under the skin of his prey.

He pulled his blade back about to plunge his blade straight through Qin Ming. Yunshe Li stopped wasting time after he realized Qin Ming even knew what he was trapped in. After all, a bumpkin like him wouldn't necessarily even know what the Dao is!

Right after he was centimeters from reaching him a dark shadow that carried immense killing intent. Yunshe Li was so startled that his Dao Realm even shattered apart. Yunshe Li turns as white as snow "no way!!"

A dark hand plants its hand on his shoulder "did you think you could harm my senior-apprentice brother and get away with it."

Qin Ming was wide mouthed "Taotie Zishan you're alive!?"

He smiles then chuckles a little "I told you not to worry kid."

Qin Ming was so happy he was practically on the verge of tears. Taotie looks back at him then at Yunshe Li "Yunshe you really are a detestable worm."

Yunshe Li was shocked and his heart was tightly gripped by fear. The killing intent he had just felt would make any mortal go mad. He also realized Taotie had also made a Dao Realm that was tenfold the power of his own. If it wasn't, how could he move in Yunshe Li's Dao Realm? Forget moving he was even undetected in space that Yunshe Li had 'control' over.

Taotie spread his Dao out to encompass the space of twenty meters. Yunshe Li couldn't move one step, or breathe!! "I really hate using my Dao Realm. My battles always end so quickly. I also can't let someone like him use his willy nilly." he sighs lightly "I guess this uncle-master has one more lesson to teach his junior-apprentice brother."

A massive axe-like shadow forms from complete darkness. When he releases his Dao the entire area becomes darker than night. Thus no one present could observe inside this giant bubble formed from shadows.

Two Kilometers Away.

Miko Yang was biting her nails and pulling her hair out. She was a ball of anxiety and stress. "He really did it big sister Xun!"

Tianlong Xun was chewing the bottom of her lip "Miko if you wish to support Yun-."

Before she could finish that sentence Miko had turned into a blurb. As she quickly fled to his location.

A cackle hangs over the air "he he he so you really thought two on one could be a fair fight."

Taotie turns around "huh was that Miko."

Qin Ming looks up as well "who in the."

Miko slowly lands, with a simple swipe of her hand the orb was smashed apart. Taotie smiled slightly "good, good if you didn't show up I probably wouldn't have had any fun!"

Miko smugly looks back at Taotie "I can't possibly imagine you would ever enjoy bullying your junior-apprentice brother."

Taotie laughs slightly "my, my you know my heart quite well don't you. That human blood of yours only entices me more and more."

Miko smiled back at him then the two turned into blobs of smoke. They were tied up in a high speed battle that moved faster than the eye could see. Yunshe Li and Qin Ming looked up. From this single exchange how he couldn't see them, or how every clash sent a massive gust of wind. He finally realized how much Taotie held back. If he was going at him with this intensity there was no chance at all he would survive even a single palm blow. "Why would he hold back so much?"

What he didn't know was that Taotie enjoyed fights and didn't like ending them so quickly. From their battle he was able to gauge his talent and was able to see that he was much much stronger than Tianlong herself. That was why he ultimately joined them, not because he 'beat' him, but because he saw a piece of unpolished jade.

Yunshe Li took this opportunity to ambush Qin Ming whose eyes were glued to the battle. He slashed his blade against Qin Ming. He merely sighed and when the blade came down he caught it with his thumb and index fingers. Once he caught the blade the ground beneath him shook. Yunshe Li was dumb founded "what?"

He simply couldn't understand what he was seeing. When he looked at Yunshe Li he saw snake -like eyes. He finally understood. "Is this a partial transformation? He's a diremonster!? No he is something else… a Godbeast! He's of mixed lineage!" Yunshe Li had thought to himself.

It was not uncommon for gods to sleep around. They could mix with human diremonsters, even blades of grass! At a certain point those walls become meaningless. Many people in the three realms had wives and husbands that were not the same species. Like a god and human make a Demigod, a god and diremonster make a Godbeast. Of course these are just titles, Houyi was just a 'simple' archer from some backwater world. Now he is a god that took down nine stars with a single arrow! When one gets to a certain level one's body would undergo a qualitative change and become a god themselves! If it was alive, it had the chance of becoming a god!

The heavens truly were fair, and gave everything a chance to survive and become something! In this world only one thing mattered. Strength!

Yunshe Li felt his heart ache as he sucked in his teeth "things just became a bit harder! He really is a tough bone to chew on."

Qin Ming gave an ugly terrifying smile "oh you wish to challenge me! Then so be it!"

Qin Ming sent a palm to his chest which caused him to cough up blood. Yunshe Li was frenzied "you wish to defy me further!!"

He looked like a madman, out of nowhere he pulled out another blade and struck down upon Qin Ming's body. He gave it no mind instead he just rammed his leg into Yunshe Li's side. He sent a flurry of fist and palm blows to strike against his throat, chest, and skull! Each wound that Qin Ming gave to Yunshe Li, Yunshe Li found a way to repay it tenfold. Right now Qin Ming was at a slight disadvantage in power, but he made up for what he lacked in speed and tenacity. He was not willing to give up a single millimeter.

Qin Ming was missing one hand so he was already at a disadvantage. He did find ways to make up in this area by just simply using raw speed. He made it so that missing a hand didn't matter all that much. However this is only true because he has to deal with only one opponent.

Yunshe Li grinned as almost instantly he set up his Dao Realm. Qin Ming gritted his teeth "damn it not this!"

Yunshe Li was desperate and willing to try anything to win. He knows that his Dao Realm is fragile right now. If Qin Ming was somehow able to break it apart it would send him back years. Taotie already broke it so Qin Ming would be able to do it much, much easier now. Qin Ming shook his head "my, my Yunshe it really does seem like you don't care what happens to your Dao Realm anymore. Does that mean I can obliterate it?"

Yunshe Li was brought back but quickly shook it off. In an instant the area around him was filled with sword-ki. Sword-ki was something that could be seen with the naked eye. It was something produced by the Dao of the Sword. With sword-ki one didn't necessarily need a sword to cut down enemies. The sword-ki would do that all on its own. Most users of the sword would be able to form sword-ki. However one's sword would naturally produce it at a certain level of enlightenment. What was strange is that Yunshe Li actually capitalized on this. Sword-ki was fairly weak so most followers of the sword would rather just use their blade to attack. But Yunshe Li used it to bind and tie down enemies.

Internal-ki, sword-ki, fire-ki, ect. it didn't really matter they are all essentially the same. They all came from the Dao and they all are connected to one's own heart. If one learned the Dao one could learn every facet from one part. If you can make a Dao Realm then you gain some insights into the Dao of Space. Every part of the Dao was connected to another part. Qin Ming knew this very well and so he came up with the idea to merge his own spiritual energy with the Dao of Martial Arts. When he applied this smashing apart his very fragile Dao Realm became childsplay.

When the Dao Realm started to crumble, Yunshe Li felt his heart ache deeply. All those years spent on the Dao, pointless and meaningless now. So long as he can kill Qin Ming will it be even slightly worth it. Even then Qin Ming would stop living, but Yunshe Li would continue. In the end that didn't really matter. In truth it would just make him feel slightly better.

Qin Ming turned into a streak of light and burst towards him. Yunshe Li was frenzied "BASTARD!!"

Qin Ming grins and continues to move at great speeds. He rams his fist right into the bridge of his nose. YUnshe Li is sent flying backwards. He stumbles trying to catch his ground. Qin Ming doesn't let up; he continues to assault him repeatedly. Sending his legs at his chest and several palm blows against his chest. Yunshe Li would also strike against him with his blade. He even was able to stab right through his chest in one go!

Qin Ming was an unstoppable beast! Stabbed, cut, slashed, what did this matter to Qin Ming? So long as he could still fight he would. A 'simple' cut wouldn't stop him in the slightest. Yunshe Li hissed at him and backed off a little bit. He was circling around Qin Ming. He became cautious of him, he couldn't simply beat him into submission. Killing him? Forget it, not even Taotie could do that.

Yunshe Li shook his head "no matter!" he quietly muttered to himself.

His skin started to grow scaly and green. His shoulder blades started to morph into a pair of wings. A pair of golden horns sprouted from his head. They were at least ten meters in length. His skin was tough and thick. If his skin before was tough it could be described as tofu, now it's like a steel plate. His eyes glowed with a thirst for blood. He had fully transformed into a Bashe serpent!

"MY, MY TO BE PUSHED SO FAR AS TO SHOW A MINOR WORM LIKE YOU MY TRUE FROM!!" He gritted his teeth "I wILL KILL YOU!!"

Qin Ming felt a bit scared "this is his transformation."

He looked over at Taotie "he still hasn't changed."

Yunshe Li coiled himself up then shot out like a springboard. He slammed his body against Qin Ming, desperately holding his arm up to block. "Doesn't matter who it is, transformation truly is unfair."

Most diremonsters are born as monsters. They later gain the ability to transform into human-like figures. However, if you were a mixed lineage like human and diremonster, you would be born as a human if the human side was stronger. For those mixed linages when they transformed into diremonsters, they would still explode with power. So this was why Qin Ming thought this was a 'cheat' ; it didn't matter which side of the coin you were on, you would still gain immense power from transforming!

Qin Ming ran up his body, as he lifted himself up he was sending several blows against his gigantic serpent body. Each blow would slightly cause his skin to shudder. Slight cracks would appear. However with each crack Yunshe Li would move to defend those areas. He spit out an acid-like breath. Qin Ming quickly moved out of the way. If he had stayed, he would have turned into soup!

Qin Ming sent a foot at him like a giant axe handle. When he brought it down the wind around him cracked from the force. This would have been nigh impossible for a 'normal' mortal, however Qin Ming had been born with an innate control over the Dao of Air. After all, all dragons are born with some control over the Dao of Air. The only time he could execute this Dao was when he was tapping into his beast side. When he was conscious of his actions the Dao didn't move through him as smoothly. Although he can always just vaguely sense this part of the Dao.

Once his foot landed on Yunshe Li his body was smashed apart. A green fluid spread out everywhere. This 'blood' was slightly corrosive, and although Qin Ming was covered in it he didn't seem to mind in the slightest. Yunshe Li was startled. After all, his skin wasn't an easy thing to brakethrough. He bit his upper lip till it bled. He quickly shed his old skin and just as quickly regenerated his lost flesh.

Qin Ming sighed "this is going to take forever!"

He started to grow frustrated. He wanted to rush over but he knew it would just waste his opportunity. Right now he needs to remain calm. "What does he have over me that I don't have over him?"

He quietly thought to himself. That soon turned to muttering. Yunshe Li was confused but he ultimately rushed him. Qin Ming struck out with a palm blow that was sent clean across his forehead. In an instant his head had slight cracks in them. Yunshe Li shook his head slightly. He started to smell his own blood which drove him insane. He was like a raging bull attacking indiscriminately.

The thing was that he was slightly stronger as a 'human' because he had the Dao of the Sword to guide him. But now how is he to use the sword with no hands? He had pure strength which was significantly greater than his human self. He was slapping his body against him. Qin Ming was indeed graceful he would dodge out of the way, and this would cause Yunshe Li smashed against the rocks. When this happened he would take the opportunity to run his palm against his side.

Qin Ming was like a feather dancing peacefully against the body of Yunshe Li. Each blow was careful and intricate. When he landed his palm on Yunshe Li's side, he hit it with such great force a blast of wind escaped from the other side. The wind carried as great of an insurmountable force, that the ground underneath smashed apart!

A hole was ripped through Yunshe Li; it was deep enough that bones were revealed! "HISSSSS BASSTERED YOU DISSGUSSTING WORM!!!"

Yunshe Li was normally calm and composed. He would hiss when he spoke, but something awoke in him. Like a rage he was born with, that cracked his cool exterior. Qin Ming just laughed smugly then burst forward towards him. Yunshe Li also moved just as fast! Instantly a gust of wind separates everyone present. Miko, Taotie, Yunshe Li, and Qin Ming all looked up. "What the hell! Who is that!?"

"Tsk tsk tsk you disappoint me Miko. I thought you were stronger than this, but you were actually tied down by…. TAOTIE!! THAT LITTLE WEAKLING REALLY!!"

She calmed herself down as she slowly came down. She was an unparalleled beauty. Her hair was long, loose, and snow white and her appearance was like a giant glacier. Her robes were white with some parts black like she was a walking Taji diagram. She also had a long pair of white almost blue qilin horns. She coldly looks to her side to Miko. she instantly froze in place. Then she turned to look at Qin Ming. He felt his heart clench almost as if he had been run through a blade. Miko and Yunshe Li both knelt and began to kowtow. "Madam Tianlong Xun, we give ourselves to you."

"Fine Miko don't worry about me, you go deal with Qin Ming along with Yunshe Li."

They looked stunned but ultimately rushed over. Tianlong Xun passed one final glance at Qin Ming. She rushed over to Taotie Zishan, almost instantly both setting up their Dao Realm's.

BOOOOOOOM!!!

The two immensely powerful Dao Realm's clashed with each other. Sparks flew and occasionally bolts of lightning shot out. Tianlong Xun's was pure white, Taotie Zishan's was pitch black. When they collided, parts of each other spewed into the others.

Tianlong Xun smirked, "You've gotten better, at least you won't bore me now."

Taotie Zishan smirked back at her "I can say the same little sister!"

Tianlong Xun became slightly more fierce, she pushed forward with much more violence. Tiny cracks started to appear in both Dao Realm's! Taotie felt some chills run down his spine. He stopped trying to compete in territory so long as his Dao Realm was stable he stood a chance! He shot out several arrows made of shadows at her. Tianlong Xun laughed lightly "so it seems you are through with the pissing match? Just when I was having fun!"

Taotie felt a bit uncomfortable "you wicked temptress!"

Qin Ming was rushed from both ends. He was trying so desperately just to hang on to what little ground he had. Miko was sendling lightning fast blows that each carried tremendous force, each time it landed against his arm it would explode with pressure. Yunshe Li was in his serpent form again and was sending tail blows trying his best to suppress him. If he could tie down Qin Ming, killing him would be easy.

Qin Ming was desperately holding on. He was biting his lip so hard a streak of blood was trickling down his mouth. His eyes were bloodshot and he was pushed further and further down the edge of the cliff. If one is pushed hard enough, one either falls, or one pushed back harder.

He opened his eyes and two golden snake-like eyes appeared. He shot out with his killing intent. It was so great it was like it took a physical form. His hand started to transform into a gray scaled dragon claw! His other hand even started to grow back and do the same! His wrist had azure fur growing from it. His finger nails grew to ten centimeters. Each carried an unfathomable sharpness; it was almost like they could cut without even touching his foes!

Qin Ming looked at how his hands changed, but he turned smug and turned the battle on its head. He started to send a flurry of blows at both of them. He felt his power grow explosively. It wasn't just a look change, it was also a boost in power. When he fought Yunshe Li he was leagues under him. When his eyes changed he was on par, now forget about it not even Taotie could compare!

Tianlong Xun's face grew ugly to behold "I KNEW IT, I THOUGHT I SMELT IT'S BLOOD!!"

Tianlong Xun grew excited as she herself was a Celestial Dragon, Qin Ming also had that linage in him! To be fair with how fruitful the Three Realms have been there was a good chance they shared the same blood! In fact, the chances of her being his cousin were even higher because why else would his grandfather send him here of all places? Qin Ming felt it too when he transformed so he had rampant thoughts of him and her being cousins.

This was the same feeling he got with his brother. How could he not be excited? After all this was someone from his family!

Tianlong Xun instantly swept past Taotie and tried to zone in on his location. Taotie honestly felt hurt "what am I not enough for you?"

Taotie instantly caught up and slammed his fist into her. She turned into a rocket and sped back to earth with enough speed to shatter the ground! From up above Taotie Zishan sent several shadow snakes down to her. There were so many that they even covered the sky! Each one took bits of her flesh with them as they sank back into the ground. Miko Yang and serpent Yunshe Li both rush Taotie.

Qin Ming just let them go over. He looks at Taotie and he realizes that they were switching. "Gah that bastard… fine!"

Tianlong Xun gets up and rushes over to Qin Ming. He was just standing calmly. His eyes were colder than ice. He gave off a visage of murder. He looked like a wild devil! If he was a devil, then Tianlong Xun was a witch!

She came over and slammed his fist into his own. Once they collided a blast of pressure escaped from their hands and destroyed the area of around twenty meters. Lightning shot off in every direction. The calm and composed Tianlong became an untamable beast. "YES, YES SHOW ME THAT POWER MUTT!!"

Qin Ming struck her with his other hand and shoved it through her abdomen! She didn't even care that his hand was right through her. She slammed her leg to the side of his head. He didn't even move; he simply laughed like a madman. He was not really even in control when his beast side was brought out he never remembers, the same with his god half. He was simply too young to remain conscious with this much power.

Tianlong Xun was in a partial transformation herself except her legs were transformed as well! She was way faster than him and a bit stronger. She clearly had the upper hand. She was naturally talented in the Dao of Air, in her beast state she had slightly more control over her Dao!

BOOOM!!

"Well, well, well you didn't think you could throw a party and not invite your old buddy Ryu!"

Augus appeared out of nowhere behind him, "you know damn well I'm always down to throw a few punches your way!"

Everyone looked up in shock "that crazy bastard really showed up!!"
