Thoughts on the novel

I read one novel. The author is good. Interestingly writes. Came out on commercial books. Half the money. He had the honor to leave free reading on the site where he began to publish. BUT ... over time, illustrations began to appear in paid books, but not on the site. But okay, this is not so important, the main thing is that there are text blocks.

But then, the author began to hack, write for a free site, more fillers than the main essence.

It's one thing when an author like me, an amateur, a novice, in the novella genre, writes a filler, it is from ignorance or not skill. But it's a completely different matter when a commercial author, every chapter has a masterpiece, and here ... today he was disappointed. The whole, big chapter, some outright crap. Descriptions so boring are written in such a complex language, the editing level is lower than before.

Or is it the destiny of all commercial authors who are already forced to write 2 chapters a day, at least something, even if their fantasy ends. All the same, they should at least write something to justify the contract (though this is a different site, and now this author writes a book in general, volume 3). Does money spoil people? Probably not? Rather, they simply cease to glow with an idea, altruism and simply want to quickly get their money. Labor must be paid. This was shown by the example of the socialist system, if one does not motivate a person, then he loses interest. But on the other hand, when labor is paid, but there is a tight framework, then novelty is lost, it's not manual, unique assembly, but just stamping!

But the author is also a person who wants to eat, drink, pay bills for electricity and the Internet.

So how to find a middle ground? To make the text block interesting, and to make money without sacrificing the quality of the novel? The question is rather rhetorical!
