Charity

As I ascend into heaven I see Charlie. He's crying oh no I feel bad. Is this all because of me? I land on the surprisingly soft clouds. I nap for what I thought was a couple of hours.

I was very wrong I awoke to Charlie talking. I looked over the clouds and see Charlie, his parents, my parents, and Aunt Melanie. Some friends from school and some haters. I started to cry. Everyone looked so sad I hated it. I politely prayed to god to see if I could fly down and see them. I knew I was gonna die at that moment but I never thought everyone would react like this. God let me and I sat next to Charlie. I lightly placed my hand on his shoulder and smiled. He looked over at me and stopped the prayer. "Charity," he whispered, tears rolling down his cheeks. I couldn't tell if he could see me, "Charlie?" He reached out and touched my face. "Charity is it you," he asks. "Yes," I nod my head and reach my hands up to touch his, which was still on my face.

I started to cry and told Charlie," I love you! Never forget!" I started to float up. "I love you too," he says, looking up.

I landed back in the clouds. Then I saw my sister. She died in a crash when she was 7. "Emily," I call running over to her. "Charity!" She exclaims jumping into my arms. I give her a million kisses before speaking.

"Hi babe," I say, wiping a tear. "Hi," she says, squirming out of my grasp. "Follow me!" She grabs my hand and drags me to my feet. I hurry after her. As we walk I see a gate.

"Hey Emily, what's that?"

"Oh, that's where we're going! Your gonna be so excited!"

"Okay let's race," I say dropping her hand and burst into a sprint.

As we race to the finish I start recognizing faces. Mema. NaN. Grandpapa. Grandpa. I burst into tears again and run into their arms. "Hi, guys!" I say happily. "Hi, Char," Mema answers after a minute or two. Emily walks up behind me. "Hey, I need some attention too!" She pouts. "Come, 'er Emily," I say opening an arm. She hustles over into our group hug. This will be my life…

Well until Charlie gets here.
