The room was silent before a frail trembling hand at the very back raised. It was such a small hand that Nolan had almost missed it. The woman came forward leaning heavily on a walker. Nolan interviewed her quickly and realized that the more able bodied had probably ignored her all morning. It would be easy to pass over someone with such a soft voice and frail body. The woman was patient with Nolan as he filled out her patient summary on the aged computer.

"Its so good to have some order around here you know. I mighty appreciate what you're doing around here. I know all the receptionists are too frightened of the non-English speaking patients to come here. They deliberately take their days off so they don't have to come here." The woman looked at Nolan with admiration.

"It is actually an accident that I'm here today." Nolan admitted.
