It's not fair to compare a child to an adult,
when one is aware of their actions and result.
We learn to discern
at our own pace, age is blind to
what we've faced.
To learn, you've got to earn it first,
but not everyone wants to move on,
they who hold the past and call us wrong.
Beware those who burn than build, for what they seek
can never be filled.
Look past the actions
to what they meant, let us be judged by our intent.
