"Bluey, do me a favour, and go inquire about Harias Academy's courses and admission fees. We'll be joining them in three days."
Bluey whined. "I'd just gotten back from flying, you heartless mistress!"
Try as he might with his 'amazing persuasion skills,' one glare from Xuanmei was enough to send him flying. (A: Literally.)
"Alright. Tomorrow is the day where we enter another auction; the second. So, let's prepare ahead of time and buy some necessities for school such as ink and paper when the pheonix transmits the information."
"For now, we check our loot."
Before she could take the items from her Pagoda, a small portal appeared, as an almost featherless bird flapped out very unstably, and latching onto Xuanmei.
Hardly grasping onto her and in a fluster, the bird accidentally hit one of it's pheonix feathers heavily, the feather dropping onto the ground.
The pheonix screeched and flapped it's wings multiple times, finally climbing onto Xuanmei's shoulders, where it slipped into her, very baggy, sleeves.
A pocket had been sewn inside, in which the pheonix just slot itself in. It was just big enough to fit the bird comfortably.
Xuanmei continued on without rasing any questions, and picked up the feather. "As I was saying, we needed to check the treasures we had gotten th..."
Ming totally blanked out. That pheonix... Wasn't it just born from an egg? Why did it have feathers?
Xuanmei brought out a pile of items; ranging from big to small, rare nourishing food items to literal killer treasures.
"What do we need and what do we do with these?"
Ming sat down calmly and picked out rarer treasures, making Xuanmei keep all the less rare ones.
"Right, so it narrows down to the four rarest items, Water bending bracelet, the Psychic eye staff, the Thunder swordstaff, and robes made from the healer's brocade. Fair enough. Keep them in the emptiest spot on my a weapon category in the Pagoda."
Ming disappeared just as Bluey did the opposite.
"Ten thousand to enroll, but with guaranteed chances of success even if you have no element whatsoever. They have all the element's majors, healer's classes. They even have classes for swordsmanship, staff, shield, all types of weaponry used in battle."
"There is one surprising item in the campus, but it is held in another's hands. The Yin Yang curve. The people of this era didn't know what scythes were, but they made a weapon with a curved blade, which was called the Yin Yang curve. Only can be wielded by someone of both light and dark elements."
"However, it is extremely peculiar. Peculiar indeed. The weapon is infused into someone's body."
Xuanmei dismissed it. "We'll check it out when we enroll."
Bluey nodded, continuing with what she wanted to know, "I'm assuming you would prefer to take the fire elemental course. You need writing materials of ink and paper, a fire element guidebook, and necessities as you'll be staying in their dormitories."
"Buy all of it for me."
