China isn't a place for long term investments at all. They don't respect private property - and that's about it.

China may be a great stage for short term speculations. If you don't forget that you are playing with the Communist Party of China. You are playing with Chairman that may get up to 100% control of the market before you have a chance to see it coming.

Well, there are always great risks in speculations...

In mid-term, China is swallowing all of KGB real estate. It would be mid term high risk investments. Sort of mid term speculations really. The point is, when China get some actives in not too legal a way, their price get anywhere from negative (you won't be able to sell actives - and they would become some liability too) to some 50% of their real worth.

Thus, if you get some around zero - and won't get 'em negative...
