While everyone sleeps, the courts are abolishing all immigration enforcement

Reminds me of good old abolitionism's times.

The point is, the very same brand of men that may sign laws with really violent consequences most often won't be able to implement the very same laws on the small scale. Most of 'em may lack imagination and consideration, but not the humanity.
