Positive: It's good when elites got some cultural and educational advantage. Ways better, than when some uneducated barbarians rule.

Neutral: Money do give power. There is nothing good in it. But it isn't too bad.

Negative: the power of connection builds corruption, works for groups discrimination and whatnot. Connections are really important high up. But when the connections are inherited...
