12. Cellar

After supper, I and Leonard went to our house, We saw Mason together with about 20 years old woman, waiting for us. ~Ahh I am late...~

"Sorry I am late, I was told that it would be after supper and I just finished eating." I apologized to them.

"It's not a problem Neo, Elise asked to come earlier, she was very excited to get it done."

I looked over at the girl I assumed was Elise. Dressed casually in loose trousers, small light blue jacked with food behind and a book chained to it, near her belt where I could see some vials with red, blue, and green liquids.

"She is a mage and an alchemist registered to our guild."

"Nice to meet you, I am so excited, I was always weak in health with my low vItality, and finally I can change it."~ah so there s a reason she is here~

"So let's get it done, shall we?" I opened doors to let her in first and told Mason that I will see him tomorrow.

I was scared that Leonard will see something suspicious, so I just did my job, massaged her, put my two unique skills, and then enhanced her potential.

I got to level 4 from her. She was level 13 so it looks like higher levels give me more experience.

Before going to sleep Leonard came to my room and asked for a massage. I told him, I can use the skill on him right now. But he didn't mind and asked for a normal massage. ~I am not complaining~ I did a massage and maybe touched a little more than was required. Not that he was bothered by it. I may even say that he liked it as much as did. ~I hope so~

The next was a routine I think? I got one customer between breakfast and dinner. She was 40 years old Woman who was complaining about everything. I did not like her at all, and she looked as if her profession was a witch or something. I had free time until I ate my dinner and then came another one. A grumpy 30 or something-year-old fat man. I don't mind chubby people, but I hope they have a nice personality. This gut was grumpy and unpleasant. And smelly. I didn't want and dare to do anything more than required. After the first client, I was at level 5 almost reaching 6. It was the second customer that got me to level 11. Even though this fattos was rude. He was level 34.

With this, I got a class skill called Potential Release. When I upgrade someone's potential I am not increasing the stats he lost with his previous level up. This skill allows me to get back the points that are lost in the process of upgrading potential back to fit the level target has. I can also use it on the target that has maxed all stats to give him a small chance to increase the potential of his stay on his own. But I won't say anything about it to the Guildmaster. I will keep it for myself.

After the customer left Mason came to me with a group of people and said that they are here to redecorate my cellar. I just asked Leo if he could keep an eye on them when I eat supper and then we would change.

It took them only 2 hours to do everything. I have to say I was impressed.

The cellar now looked completely different from the previous stone walls and floor.

Now, when you go downstairs, you can see a light brownish-red wooden floor. There were 2 armchairs and a tea table between them on my right. On my left was a small couch, where you could fit probably 2 or 3 people with a coffee table in front of it. Both are in dark brown colours.

After you passed an entrance, as I decided to call it, you could see a large space covered with a fluffy carpet. In the middle, there was a massage table and a small stool for me to sit down on. both with colours of dark red and brown. There were also small cabinets all around the room to store a bunch of stuff. ~I could use some massaging oils or maybe lube?~

There was even a toilet with a large shower that could easily fit in 5 people and there would still be a lot of space.

"Why so big?" I asked.

"This room already was with water drainage, so instead of destroying the wall and making it smaller, I decided to just change it like this if you don't mind. I had no idea what to do, but I know that sometimes you want to clean yourself after the massage so why not? Do you like it?"

~I LOVE IT!~

"It's okay, don't worry, I am sure there would be some uses.

I was very satisfied. When I asked Mason how much will it cost, it shocked me...

"20 gold coins!?" It was enough to but a young slave, I already asked Leonard when we were on market.

"There are enchantments placed in it to cancel all noises and to clean this place, a switch is near the entrance. Can't you see? Also, it has an alarm connected to the living room, garden, and the top floor, so you can call your bodyguard if there is even a need for him. Just a renovation was 5 coins, but the enchantments took 15 more." Mason explained when we were seeing out the workers.

I was devastated... It will take me a lot of time to pay this debt back.

Wait... I am getting 70 silver every day from the customers, so getting 20 gold coins would take about one month. ~that's not too bad~

When Leonard came downstairs to see the interior, he whistled.

"Nice nest." As he sat down on the couch and continued.

"And it will be cool in summer." Right now it was the middle of the spring, many days were still ahead of us.

"Don't get used to it. If you want to spend time here I don't mind, but when a customer comes in, I hope you can go outside not to make them uncomfortable. If I need you there is an alarm that I can use to call you." I didn't mind.~even I am tempted to stay here all the time, it doesn't look like a cellar anymore, but like a modern salon~

"Oh, Mason, can you tell Guildmaster that I just advanced to level 10 and got potential release skill? From now on I want to take one maybe two customers in between to use it. It doesn't have a cooldown, but it cost me some stamina to do so. Let's say 25 silver coins per every single stat point. And can you call Mark, the first customer? "Hmm, about the price I can ask Guildmaster, but I can't promise. Do you want to take everyone who had his potential enhanced as a customer or limited people?" ~Okay, that's an important question hmmm~

"I don't want to limit people's potential or other things but if I am to be tired and defenceless in front of them, I would rather the customers be nice people that I approve of. So if you could please send me either Mark or Elise, I don't mind any of them, but please none of today's customers." I complained a little. I have had enough of both of them.

"Sorry about that. Madam Decker is the owner of one of the alchemy shops that help us with supplies and the other guy is a brother of this town governor. Nobody likes him, but we had to take him as a customer. But don't worry, I am sure that Guildmaster will cover your back in this case. It's his fault if he was rude."

"Thanks, I appreciate that. a lot"

After Mason left us. Leonard asked me if I could massage him in his bed before sleep with both of my skills used. No brainwashing, I was not ready yet.
