Presenting her to the king

After looking at his son for a long time, trying to see if he's serious, he agreed but they still took the girl to the palace.

To let the king know about her existence because it's a tradition that you present every being to the king, although this type of thing hasn't happened ever.

After explaining this to the son and making sure to clarify the part where they're willing to cater for the girl, his son agreed and escort Nena to the palace.

Right from the moment Nena opened her eyes, she feels lost ..like nothing makes sense to her and although she now feels comfortable around Ximnam, she just couldn't stop the feelings.

She wants to know a lot of things but the language barrier is making it impossible.

She let Ximnam lead her to the unknown place, Dakota beside her. She always seems to want to talk to her but whenever she looks at her, she'll look away.

Dakota did this constantly until Nina decided to stop turning to look at her and then she holds her hand.

At first she did it as if their two hands where bumping into each other and when she realized that Nena doesn't care, she takes her hand in hers and hold her all through the journey.

Meeting the king wasn't as complicated as you'd think it will be, but that's mostly because the king was occupied with his in-laws who were present.

The palace is nothing special in Nena's eyes but in the eyes of the people of Altha, it's a paradise.

The roof is like that of Mr Kumara's own and so is the building but what others don't have is the open hall which is decorated with a lot of colourful art, mostly the head of ancestral shrine.

One very large seat which is for the King, one normal large seat which is for the queen and two bench which is for the elders, kingsmen and visitors.

Mr Kumara walked in with is family and would have been discarded if Nena strange skinned colour didn't attract their attention, although still focused with his 'still yet to decide' in-law, he urged Mr Kumara to seat down on the second bench and went straight to question Nena but as expected by the Kumara's, Nina didn't say anything but kept looking around her strange but fascinating environment.

Mr Kumara's explained everything and when he gets to the part where Nena can't understand their language, the king lost complete interest in acquiring the girl as one of his wife.

He told Mr Kumara's to send the girl to elder Sanzdi house that he will know what to do with her but Kumara told him his intentions.

"It's such a pity that she can't speak. Such a very beautiful girl but a waste." He sign, scratch his beard before continuing. I'm busy Kumara.  You know my daughter has turned down all her suitors, well this man and his kingsmen are here for her hand in marriage and I'm worried that she will say no."

After the king said this, he turned his attention to his in-law, asking the man if he and the princess have spoken one on one.

"Your Highness." Mr Kumara called the old man and he turned to look at him then remembered what the where discussing, he told him to do whatever he wants and then he turns back to his future in-law, totally forgotten the matter.

Mr Kumara and his family got up, bowed, Dokata was the one who showed Nena what to do and after they went straight to their house.
