Once a person reaches transcendent deity stage 100 they will be closer to being a GOD

now I will tell you the average of people's cultivation

Commoners:gold rank is average but can surpass all

Nobles:legend average for nobles but can surpass all

Royals:immortal is average

I am not basing on wealth or there status.but everyone needs money to live and I am basing it on where they live and there living conditions sick,disease,healthy,etc.

And some commoners even surpassed immortal.

(Just because they are called commoners doesn't mean they are worse then anyone else).

Also cultivation above legend rank is hard like the hardest thing cause it goes slower then usual so in the kingdom/empire they have forgotten some of the cultivation ranks and were remembered up till legend rank.
