Green bow

It was a very precious thing for forest tribe but still they gifted him with the elixer of the forest. Shiva was literally moved by the forest tribe's generosity. He was a 10 year old kid even though his mental potential was even comparable to the peak grandmasters, his whole childhood was spent in learning the way of the Emperors but most of the teachings were about humanity and ethics as it was a fundamental part in all the children's education irrespective of their status. So first time someone other than his family showed such kindness towards him, he was moved.

Head elder offered the forest elixer to the Shiva. Shiva thanked him genuinely and lifted the bowl and he started drinking the green liquid, the taste was like the honey but it's sweetness was intoxicating, like you would never feel bored with the taste no matter how much you drank. Shiva finished the whole bowl.

As soon as he finished, his whole body started burning with energy. Green liquid was absorbed instantly by him, a green energy went directly to his heart but it didn't spread to his whole body as it was condensed and was restricted by a strange blue energy that was present in the shiva's heart. A strange phenomenon was going inside his body as under blue light it went under mutation and changed into a new energy as if it was being refined inside his body. As the mutation finished blue light stopped restricting the the newly formed energy, it was deep blue in color and as his heart pumped, the energy rushed through his blood vessels like a dam that had just been broken as it flooded his entire body. Sweat covered his body and he looked like he had just taken a bath in sweat. His muscles bulged then started condensing. Energy was too much for his physical body to bear as now it started affecting his mental body as it crossed the human barrier surpassing the grandmaster level. After half hour the change finally finished.

But to others surprise his body didn't grew muscular like them but it was a well balanced physique. His skin was very smooth like a baby but a faint glow was covering it making it very sturdier than before. His only tattered clothes were very dirty and covered with sweat so he excused himself. He returned half hour later after taking bath but he didn't have any spare clothes so he wore same clothes after washing them. Because of increase in his mental energy, he could sense things more clearly now. Even if he closed his eyes he could still sense everything within 10m of him clearly. His height had increased as well as he was a bit taller now. He looked much handsome now and a hint of maturity could be sensed from him. His changes were very different than other because of the mutated energy. People in this world lived for 80 years but masters could live 90 years and grandmasters 100 year if they didn't had illness or injury but tribal people could live 150 years as they had forest elixer, they also maintained their youth longer but Shiva was filled with life energy it was much more denser than forest tribe.

Inside the cave...

Forest spirit also sensed the change in Shiva's body and felt like his change was so mysterious and even she couldn't probe his body as a faint glow blocked any spiritual sense who tried to inspect him.

"His potential is beyond my imagination, it's better to form a good relationship with him" forest spirit thought.

The statue inside cave glowed again a bright light came from the ancient shone. When it faded all of them saw there were two items on the ancient stone as an ancient voice came from the alter, the fate had brought us together so I gift these precious items to the guest. Soon the voice faded.

Two items were a green bow, and an an ancient token.
