Curse of the royal family

Shiva was exhausted due to the battle even though he was not heavily injured. Using magical ability took a lot of energy and he had to continuously use the earth magic.

He walked towards the crater in which the shadow horse was trapped.

When shiva looked down the crater he didn't saw a ferocious beast but the shadow had reverted back to it's original size.

Shadow horse was heavily bleeding and gasping. After the death of beast like man the mind control on it had vanished.

Shiva jumped inside the crater. He came near the almost dead shadow horse.

Shadow horse was already losing consciousness and it's sight was blurry. But even in this state it could see shiva clearly. Everything was hazy except shiva. Shiva was like shining sun in the world full of darkness for shadow horse.

Shiva gently put his palm on the head of shadow horse and soon the crater was filled with life energy.

Meanwhile...

Pranay and second prince had already fought many rounds and both were equally matched. Both were messy and bleeding but the will to fight kept them going.

Their legs were shaking and hands had started to go numb but the fight didn't stop.

Suddenly they heard the sound of someone coming their way. Shadow horse stopped in front of them. Both of them looked towards the rider of the shadow horse.

Second prince felt like his worldview had changed. Shadow horse were one of the most ferocious beast and it was very hard to tame them. He had only heard that there was only one person who had tamed the shadow horse because he was adapt in the art of breaking beasts spirit and mind controlling them and that man was from Ka'al. But now this very young boy had tamed the beast.

Pranay was seeing shadow horse for the first time. The grandeur of shadow horse was majestic.

Shive got down from the horse and patted the horse gently and then he turned toward both of them. They had already stopped fighting after seeing shiva.

Swoosh..

Next second shiva was standing in front of the second prince. He looked directly in the eyes of second prince.

Even though second prince was a battle maniac but he shivered due to instinctive fear. His legs were shaking and his spirit was on the verge of collapse. He looked down instantly as he felt a humongous pressure when shiva looked into his eyes.

After looking into the second prince eyes for that moment he walked towards the pranay leaving him alone. He had deduced that second prince was just an arrogant fellow. But being arrogant doesn't mean that he need to die.

Shiva put his hand on pranay and a stream of life energy surrounded the pranay. His wounds started healing.

Second prince fell on both of his knees and he looked towards the shiva who was healing pranay. He believed himself to be the chosen. He was meant to be the strongest. But after that moment when his eyes were locked into shiva's eyes, his viewpoint had changed.

And he knew that shiva was unfathomable. His made a resolution and shakily walked towards the shiva. When he was in front of shiva he knelt on both of his knees and asked in very politely and respectfully," Will you take me as your disciple."

Shiva was shocked and he felt rather embarrassed when he saw a middle aged man kneeling in front of him. He quickly put his hand on second prince and gestured him to stand up.

Pranay was instantly shocked by this scene, how in the world this arrogant and prideful man could knelt in front of shiva. It might had taken a lot of courage to do so given this fellow prideful character.

Shiva looked towards the second prince and told," I don't have anything to teach but if you wanna follow me on your own volition then it's your choice."

Shiva just couldn't bring himself to refuse this man after seeing the genuine expression in the eyes of second prince.

Second prince stood up and looked towards the shiva and decided to follow shiva. Shiva put his hand on the second prince and a stream of life energy started gushing inside second prince's body.

But shiva's face turned serious after sensing the different type of energy that resided inside second prince. He could sense the black energy that was present in the blood of second prince.

Shiva could feel that it was some kind of curse and it was first time for shiva to come across this type of energy.

Shiva also sensed that the life energy was dispelling the black energy along with healing the second prince. Shiva didn't continue to fully heal the second prince as he was already exhausted and the curse was really potent.

Shiva was curious about the curse and asked,"Do you know about the foreign energy that is present in your blood."

Second prince could feel rejuvenated after shiva's healing and he was shocked that shiva could heal him. Healing magic was really very powerful magic that was sought upon by everyone. Many powerful people had self healing abilities but healing other was a different matter altogether. He had even seen the healing magic of holy princess of Saint Dynasty but shiva's healing was totally different then that.

Second prince respect for this young boy had already reached the peak as shiva could identify the secret of royal Dynasty. Second prince was hesitant but he had genuinely accepted shiva and said," It is the curse of the royal family. Ka'al used this curse on the first generation of royal family and it is passed down through generations. This curse binds the whole royal family to the Ka'al and they have control over us. Both the top tier dynasties are controlled by two powerful hidden forces. One use curse and the other one use faith and fear."
