"if I may ask, who are you and why are you so worried about others knowing about your health condition, I am sorry for asking such a personal matter but as you can see this hospital is run by an NGO and it will be my responsibility completely if something were to happen here"

"don't worry about it I was not some prominent figure or some important person or a criminal but I am just a normal person who had little influence in the city where I am living and each and every data related to me and my health will be known to my family members and I don't want them to worry unnecessary for something which is totally uncertain"

"alright I will tell the hospital to arrange for a CT scan since you want to clear the doubt" he wrote the details in the paper with his signature on it as he often found people like her who don't want their family to know about their medical condition

He gave the slip to Aadvika telling her to fill the necessary details at the reception and make the payment before they start with the scans

Aadvika gave him a small smile of gratitude before leaving the room and went to the reception and completed all necessary procedures along with payment after which she was directed to the area where she can complete her scanning

Aadvika changed her dress to hospital gown before taking all the accessories on her body and leaving them with the nurse who came with her before she met Dr. Bhuvan who is already waiting at the monitor room smiling at her to be strong

After taking a long breath Aadvika went inside and laid on the bed after which the procedure began and around after some time the scans had been completed and Dr. Bhuvan is deeply discussing with the people around him as if instructing them to send those files to his computer before telling Aadvika to meet him at his office after changing

"come inside" Aadvika knocked on the door after getting changed and went inside as she sat in the same chair where she sat before asking doctor about the results

"your symptoms are not because of the aneurysm but because of a…" he turned his monitor towards her before he started to speak as if to explain Aadvika in detail but the movement she saw the monitor she already understood the problem she had as she spoke interrupting him "tumor"

"yes, it is because your tumor is pressing your brain cells that you are experiencing all those symptoms not because of aneurysm it is not that dangerous at the current period and there is no need for you to worry about that"

"I can see that, so what do you suggest doctor it looks like a glioblastoma multiforme(1) for me" she spoke in fluent medicinal terms stunning Bhuvan for a minute but what shocked him the most is that she actually pinpointed the problem she had correctly

"how did you know about which type of tumor you had perhaps are you a medical student" he asked her as it is very difficult for the people who don't know medical knowledge to spell the terms and guess the problem, they had

"I forgot to introduce you properly. My fault, I am Dr. Aadvika Nicolas, Cardiologist" Aadvika took her medical license as a proof thinking that he will not believe if she didn't show it to him "and that is also the reason why I don't want others to know about my medical reports as you can know the consequences being a doctor yourself"

He took the medical license card from her and looked at it for a minute before he looked at the girl infront of him with astonishment as he couldn't believe that a girl who is not even half of his age had an international certified license through which she can treat any patient at any place in any country across the world even without taking any permission from the hospital management and it will be issued to only those doctors who made a name for themselves in their field

"as far as I know the doctor who had this medical license in the Cardiology department with this name also known as doctor A was a very famous specialist for his hand at surgery and it is said that other will not even try the way he does the surgery even after seeing it for hundred times" he explained to her which made her laugh listening to him talk about herself infront of her

"looking at your expression it tells me that the so-called mysterious doctor A is sitting infront of me no wonder you want the data to be hidden if it is licked to the outside world then the whole medical industry will be shocked with this information"

"I trust you doctor it is well known in the public that you save guard the patients information that is why I came this far even before I know my medical condition because I trust you" Aadvika told him making him look proud at himself for getting an appreciation from the renowned doctor

"I can assure you that your identity and condition will be safe with me and no data will be known to the third party about your identity but as you have mentioned it is a malignant tumor and we need to run few more tests before we start the procedure on how to continue in the future"

"I can understand then we will do all the tests today itself and try to come up with a solution after looking at the reports" Aadvika agreed with him as she knew how deadly the matter turned out to be

"first I will collect your blood samples and we will do an MRI before going to the further procedures" he told her and told them in all medical terminology as there is no need to further explain why they need to do these tests and how they are done

"the further procedures which also includes lumbar puncture(2) to collect Cerebrospinal Fluid (CSF)" Aadvika asked him as it will take nearly 30 minutes to complete the procedure and she need to rest for another hour or so before she can move if she undergoes the procedure
