Chapter 19

"Here is the kitchen where we cook perfectly mastered, secret foods. Our chef and side chef is no other than Emily and Elliott Kulterack. The best of the best." Isaac explains to Perry while showing her the last place on the tour.

Emily, Isaac, Elliott and Perry are in the living room drinking tea and eating chocolate chip, shortbread, lemon sherbet and sweet meringue biscuits.

"I like the biscuits..." Perry finally says after a long silence.

"You do? That's good. I made the biscuits and Elliott made the tea." Emily beams.

"The tea is good too. I didn't know Elliott could make good teas."

"Elliott makes teas once in a while and when he does it's like drinking in heaven." Emily laughs.

Perry smiles.

"Hey. I want to show you something." Perry takes out a photo album from her bag.

She opens it to the first section. There are pictures of Perry as a child with her mother who looks a lot like her. Then the next few sections show Perry with Luna and Chloe. Luna and Chloe are shown in every photo with Perry until the very end of the photo album where there is only one photo of Perry and her mother before she died.

Emily hugs Perry, felling sorry for what she's going through.

"Don't worry. Everything will be ok." Emily reassures.

Isaac smiles. He takes the remote next to him and switches on the TV. He goes on Wifer and looks for a song to put on.

"Thank you Emily. I know Luna and Chloe have been mean to you, and I was in their group, but you helped me and I'm sorry for being so mean. I-I couldn't..." Perry started.

"It's ok. I knew you weren't a bad girl anyway." Emily says.

"Thank you a lot." Perry sniffs happily.

"No problem." Emily replies.
