Chapter 22

It's Wednesday, Noon the 10th and Emily and Isaac are being driven to school by Mr. Perry.

The car starts and they take off. They pass many cherry blossom trees, buildings, animals, and people. The town square is busy, as usual.

They reach the school in around 8 minutes.

As Emily looks out of her window she witnesses Perry waiting for her.

The car stops.

"Hey Mr. Perry. I want you to meet my new friend." Emily says.

Emily, Isaac and Mr. Perry get out of the car.

"Hey Perry!" Emily waves.

"I want you to meet Mr. Perry. My kind of second father." Emily points to Mr. Perry.

Both Mr. Perry's and Perry's face look shocked and surprised.

"F-Father?" Perry suddenly says.

Mr. Perry smiles. He approaches Perry and hugs her tightly.

"I've missed you so much." Mr. Perry says.

"Me too."

Emily and Isaac smile simultaneously.

A girl with messy, pony-tailed hair and fake glasses hands Emily and Isaac a letter of the school news and on the front page there are the headlines: 'Luna Nirvana MISSING!!!'

Perry comes over to see and her eyes widen.

This is grave news, even for the school.
