Mar 23 : Flowers

Dear Diary,

Do you know that flowers have their meaning on their name? For example, Dandelion means faithfulness. And the ever so popular Rose means love.

But sister told me that different colors of roses have different meanings too. It's the red rose that means "love", but if it's a white rose, it means "purity".

Honestly, I don't care about the meaning of flowers, because flowers are... flowers. It can be used as a medicine, as perfume, or as other ingredients, but I don't see the need to learn the meaning of each name.

I don't even know my own name's meaning.

But when I said that to sister, she glared at me and proclaimed that I'm unromantic! She even said that a man should be romantic to be called a great man!

I'm called unromantic by a kid that's younger than me by four years!

ME!

Who is it that invent this "Romantic" word?! Who gave them the idea that knowing the meaning of flowers' name can be called "romantic"?! What the hell does "romantic" even mean?!

No, I'm not happy!

What does being romantic has anything to do with being a man, anyway? Man will still be a man regardless if we are romantic or not. There are only two genders or humans in this world. If you don't have two mountains on your chest, then you should've had a "stick" hanging down between your legs. Either you are a female or a male!

And I am having a "stick", so definitely I'm a male. No one can ever change that. Maybe if my "stick" is cut down from my body, I'll become a genderless human...
