411. Young Detective Squad

"I have already answered all the questions I can but if that's what you want then all right. Do you want to come inside and have some tea" asked Kenichi

"No we just want to ask some questions of our own that's all it won't take much time." Coulson said

"So what do you wanna ask" Kenichi asked

"Yes, we would like to know about your Master's in Ryozanpaku"

Coulson asked a few more questions but Kenichi didn't give any definitive answer to any of them as to not create any problems for his master's.

After Coulson left Kenichi turned back and entered the dojo.

"Let's go we need to go to school, I have something to talk about with Niijima" Kenichi said

At Koryo high, Kenichi entered the room where Shinpaku Alliance meets and said "What happened Niijima? Didn't I tell you to use the members of Zanshin Taisha-Ryu to protect the transportation of data"

"I had members of the Zanshin Taisha-Ryu follow the transportation of the data. Though they couldn't stop it, they did at least save four government officials and two policemen, as well as protect the others." Niijima stated

"Didn't they have a Grandmaster among them? Why not use him?" asked Kenichi

"Because he is a Grandmaster! He doesn't make a move unless it's to protect the life of an important member of the Shinpaku Alliance " Niijima stated

"Then what about the transportation data did you copy it beforehand " asked Kenichi

"I did but again the problem is the same we can't decrypt the data. A proper expert is needed for something like that." Niijima stated

"We don't have it" Kenichi said sighing in defeat as even though things are much better with a copy of the data in their hands they still can't do anything.

"It's alright Kenichi you did your all you could do" said Miu as she entered alongside Saeko and Renka

"In any case, It's time for the Shinpaku Alliance to truly shine!" declared Niijima, "In any case, we'll be forming the YOUNG DETECTIVE SQUAD AND SOLVE SOME CASES!"

Niijima had shouted the last part of his words loudly, causing Saeko and Miu to wonder why he had done so. That revealed itself a second later when Chikage suddenly slammed the door open, holding a detective novel she had been reading.

"Young detective squad," declared Chikage, her Child Mode currently activated.

"Ah, that's why," said Renka and Miu together.

"We'll go on the adventure tomorrow then," said Niijima with a grin, "You can come if you want to."

Chikage childishly nodded before leaving.

"Well it looks like you are good even with children Niijima" Kenichi said as he stood up, "I need to go inform Natasha and Shizuha about the things happening so I will meet you at the dojo"

At Kenichi's personal residence, he informed the two women in the house of what was happening and what they will be doing to solve the situation.

"Then I should come as well, I am a trained assassin and am perfectly capable of solving cases as such" Natasha stated

"No! There is an agent from an international agency named SHIELD and I don't want him to see you, the guy is good and could really well guilt trip you to follow him." Kenichi said

"I am not that easy to manipulate Kenichi!" Natasha bristled

"And I am not saying you are, it's just i don't want you to enter their radar now that you have something to look forward to too " Kenichi said causing Natasha to pause and look towards Shizuha who only smiled at her.

"Ok but this is the only time I am stepping back of something like this happens then I will be there to help you" Natasha said

"I know you will" Kenichi said as he patted Natasha's shoulder.

The next day

"She is really here" Miu stated as she saw Chikage standing beside Kisara, Takeda and Ukita.

Renka and Saeko didn't come as Kenichi wanted the two to follow the Agents of SHIELD that came with Coulson, since they are going to look around he doesn't want them to ruffle YAMI's feathers and get injured or killed.

Kenichi's mind wandered to where the masters of Ryozanpaku were. If he recalled correctly, Akisame was at some studio restoring priceless paintings for museums. Kensei had managed to drag Apachai with him, most likely heading to Yokohama, China town. The Elder disappeared faster than he could even track him. Shigure may be somewhere in the mountains training and Sakaki followed them last time but he is not sure he will do the same this time as well.

Soon enough, they had made it to the inspector's residency, only to hear his voice from behind the building. They quickly rushed over to see the inspector with his gun out, surrounded by what seemed to be monks wearing baskets over their heads.

"Don't move!" shouted Inspector Honmaki as he fired a shot in the air, "You're under arrest! You're a damn mistake in this era!"

One of the monks smirked underneath his helmet as he threw a needle at the inspector's hand, disabling him from using his pistol. Before they could close in on him, though, they found themselves under attack from the Shinpaku Alliance. Takeda, Ukita, and Kisara easily took out the attacking monks. And unlike the original story, Chikage did not need to help Ukita.

"So what should we do with these ones?" asked Kisara, "Interrogate them for information or turn them over to the police?"

"It's useless," gritted Inspector Honmaki in anger, "With the police now, no matter what we do, it's useless!"

"So the data didn't arrive," hummed Niijima, much to Honmaki's shock.

Miu quickly suggested that they headed into the inspector's house before anything else, as to prevent from being overheard.

When inside, the students, except Niijima and Kenichi , were surprised that the inspector's daughter, Hisami, was also a secret member of the Shinpaku Alliance and mail friends with Niijima. Taking the proper precautions, Niijima had Hisami close the curtains to the windows and turn up the stereo to prevent anyone from listening in. Meanwhile, Ukita was watching Chikage in horrid interest as she began to put more and more sugar cubes into her tea.

Honmaki thanked them for their help but guiltily admitted that it was because of his plans that Ryozanpaku had been framed. The information they had taken from the American base that could've been used to boycott Yami out of the government had been stolen in the transport where he had been in charge.

"If not for that mysterious interference, four government officials and two policemen would've died!"
