FLASHBACK - An Obstacle

Kate's main purpose of visiting Ashton was solved. She had transferred the application to his mobile. Step one was phase 1 was complete. She went home and immediately logged on her laptop and activated the application. As soon as she activated the application she could see all the information on Ashton's phone. She immediately downloaded the data on her laptop. After making sure that all the data was downloaded she started checking out the model and make of the phone. This was because a lot of data available on Ashton's phone was not from their country. As she was about to check out the make and get additional information her laptop screen flashed and suddenly all the data about Ashton's phone was wiped out.

'What? How is this possible? How can the data vanish just like that? How is it possible!? My application is still there, but the other data?' Kate was talking to herself, she had a habit of doing so.

After half an hour, Kate finally realized what had happened. Ashton himself had destroyed all the data from his phone.

'Hmmm.... interesting, seems like he realized something is wrong and deleted all the data before anything happens. But he didn't notice the malware application I installed since he couldn't remove it- or get it removed.' Kate smirked

'Good thing that I had downloaded the data earlier and since my malware is now in a dormant state, he won't even notice it. It will be easier to transfer the malware to Jennifer's phone now.' Kate thought to herself while having a cold smile on her face.

She started checking the downloaded data. To a person with no knowledge about how a software works, it would seem that his phone was like a normal one. but Kate could easily make out that was not the case with Ashton's phone. Firstly, all his applications had a lock. Well nowadays people put that up for privacy cases, but those are the ones that were available on the App store or Play store. The lock on his phone, seemed like it was specially designed for his phone and for hiding his information. Even though the application had downloaded all the data, it could still be opened only through an iris scan. In short an obstacle for Kate's plan. But why would someone put up an iris scan system in his or her phone especially in the call logs unless..... there is something so important that if leaked could cause too much damage for the user? This immediately piqued her interest. She always loved challenges. But because of this her plan had a wait for a while. Even though her application would ensure that all the conversations are recorded and sent to her, she'll still need Ashton's iris scan to get access to the files.

And for that, she'll have to become a 'goat' for the so called 'lion' and 'sacrifice' her body.
