This subordinate was his queen's slave. He would slaughter the entire world just for her entertainment!

I loved you, You changed me

After the person left Kate, she locked her room. Then she took out the letter kept below her pillow. She took a deep breathe and opened it. She could immediately make out Susie's handwriting. She started reading the letter.


'I don't know why but I feel like writing out my heart today...even though I am a lazy a**.... I don't feel good... Sometimes, when everything is not going against you, it's either of the one reasons - It's your bad time.... or it's your end time.... I think in my case it's the latter.... I don't know how I'll face my mom..or Kate... or anyone else.... I wish I had the courage to go and apologize to them..... for trusting me.... for finding hope in me.... I guess I am just a broken shoe..... and a used one now.... I really hope no one of you blame yourself for this decision... you are not the right for it...


Baby... I'm sorry but mommy can't bring you into this world... well you know the reasons right? Since you are inside me, you have seen and heard everything already.... so I don't think I should elaborate... Mommy loves you baby....Dada also loves you.... even though he said all those things... Dada loves you dearly... Don't you worry about that... I wish I could have seen you... my baby..... but the world is too cruel... I don't want you to suffer like me....People closest to you hurt you the most... If you were here,.. I would have told you never to trust anyone...since trust is meant to be broken. So don't worry.. mommy is taking you to another world... where everything and everyone is safe... you can trust everyone there....only good people live there....I have not gone there myself but I have read about it... It's a beautiful place. The people there are called Angels and not humans... you can even fly there..that is better than this place isn't it? I hope you like it.. :) '


Susie didn't point fingers at anyone. She didn't even mention Ashton. But she did make it sound like the dad of the baby was the culprit. Kate looked at the letter and closed it and then kept it on her bedside table. She really didn't want to use this against Ashton. She didn't want Susie's death to be taken in such a light manner. She just couldn't do it..... It was too difficult for her... She was so much in her own thoughts that she didn't notice a creature staring at her and then causing some ruckus. It was only when that creature jumped on her lap, did she come out of her daze. 


Kate looked down and immediately saw Moon, her cat, who had a diary in her mouth. She took it and realized it was Susie's diary. She looked back at Moon with a questioning expression. Moon mewed back loudly, while staring at her and then again at the diary. Kate opened the diary and started flipping through the pages. Her eye fell on the last diary entry..... 


'I am taking this step to protect you... DO NOT WASTE IT KATE BROOKE! YOU HEAR ME!!??'


As if Susie was literally shouting at her, her spine immediately straightened. Then she looked at Moon. She was surprised Moon was able to understand her emotions... it seemed cats were way more smarter than she thought. She kept the diary aside and immediately started petting Moon. The cat yawned and then slept on her lap. Looking at his cute posture and small face, she gradually calmed down as well. She came to a decision. Since Susie had herself did all this to protect her, she might as well live on safely as she wanted...at least she could have one less person to worry about in the 'new world' she was in....
