DON'T ACT AS IF YOU OWN IT

During their class, Zhang Feng and ShenYi kept on exchanging sharp glances on each other.

'This girl really have the guts to be present today.'

'You Zhang Feng! Why do you kept on staring daggers at me!'

'You're the ones who started this staring competition!'

One look at them and you can tell they have telepathy towards each other.

"Ehem, Ms. Cai ShenYi, what are your thoughts about Confucius' philosophy?"

But ShenYi kept on being distracted with Zhang Feng.

"Ms. Cai ShenYi?"

"ShenYi, Chen Laoshi is calling you!"

ShenYi was startled, but gradually calmed herself as she stand up.

"Pardon, Laoshi. Will you please repeat the question?"

"Heh, make sure to listen carefully. What are your thoughts about Confucius' philosophy?"

"Laoshi, in my own opinion, Confucius' teachings and ideas are right. I actually support his famous golden rule: 'Do not do to others what you don't want to do unto you'. This simply implies that if a person wanted to be respected, then 'he' should also respect others as well. If you want others to treat you well, then don't treat them bad. Respect is earned, not forced. Even the lowest rank people can understand the meaning of this proverb."

ShenYi answered the question fluently, showing her great thinking skills. But her answer has a hint of provocation. She intended to emphasize the word 'HE', telling that the person she wanted pique on is Zhang Feng.

Zhang Feng stimulated his anger and also raised up his hand.

"Yes, Mr. Zhang Feng? Any addition to Ms. ShenYi's answer?"

"Laoshi, for me, Han Feizi's Legalism is more effective. It's unfair for others who treat them well but get being betrayed in return."

ShenYi felt an urge to vomit hearing his opinion.

'What is he talking about? Aren't he disgusted while saying that? He puts the blame on me. It looks like I started this war.'

Zhang Feng continued to speak.

"Therefore, using violence in order to discipline and teach other people is more efficient. In that way, a person will be afraid scheming behind other's back because of the thought of being hurt after doing that."

"Great idea Mr. Zhang. Both of you has a point. But Legalism is only applicable for the government. I wonder when will our school arrange a debate. You two has wide ideas and bold speakers."

The whole class started to whisper to each other.

"Why do I feel like there's something between Zhang Feng and Cai ShenYi?"

"I heard that ShenYi was the only woman that Zhang Feng entertained."

"I think those two were compatible at each other. Both has high intellectual capacities.

"What are you saying? Their looks doesn't match at all! Princess ZhangWei was more suitable to our prince Zhang Feng!"

Zhang Feng only smirked at what he heard. Meanwhile, ShenYi seriously wanted to go to the restroom. She wanted to vomit those disgusting words she heard. Fortunately, their teacher allowed her. But Zhang Feng was confused about what she is trying to do.

'Is she really going to the restroom or it is only because she doesn't want to hear what my classmates told her? Maybe she hated it or she was embarrassed by it that she wanted to hide her blushing face?'

"That's all for today students. I hope you have learned something new today. Class is dismissed." Zhang Feng's thoughts was diminished by their teacher's announcement.

"Goodbye, Laoshi!"

"Are my classmates crazy?! I kept on getting goosebumps every time I hear it! Urgh, I hope this first semester will end so quickly! I want to change my seat!"

While she was calculating the days before first semester ends, she heard a noise from the outside.

"Huh? Why I heard so many people chatting outside? Do they skipped class?"

ShenYi glance at her watch and terrfied at what she saw.

"What the hell?! It's already seven minutes after the class dismissal! There's no student at my room for sure! I need to get my bag! My phone was there!"

ShenYi rushed outside the door. Because she was in rush, she didn't notice that there's someone in her way. Due to high momentum[1], she bumped into him and stumbled down. Pressing her herself above the man.

Both of their eyes met. One with a trace of surprise, the other with a trace of desire. The tip of their nose touched each other, their lips was only a few millimeters away. They could feel each other's breath. They could feel that their hearts beat in the same rythm. They both blushed.

But realizing that the man below her was Zhang Feng, ShenYi immediately retracted from his burning gaze and hurriedly stand up as if nothing happened.

It's a good thing that the classes were already finished and no one saw them in an awkward state.

"Hey clueless girl, do you planned all of this?"

"What the heck are you talking about? Sorry Mr. Zhang but I have no time for this. I need to leave right now because I have something to get inside the room."

As she walked away, Zhang Feng spoke.

"Where are you going? Here's your bag. It's so heavy! Catch it!"

He threw the bag to ShenYi. ShenYi nearly stumbled. Her bag was heavy indeed.

"Ack! Why do you have this?"

"Urgh! Can you please don't be too harsh for a moment? No need to fret, come with me."

"Hey, where are you taking me?"

Within a split-second, Zhang Feng grabbed ShenYi's wrist before she could even react.

"Hey! Let go of me! You're hurting me! You jerk!"

Zhang Feng dragged her towards a corner, it was a hidden part in the school. If someone passes by and heard some noises, they probably think that something immoral is going on.

ShenYi wasn't familiar with every places in their school since she was new a student. She suddenly felt that something was wrong.

"Stop fooling around! Just say what you've wanted to say!"

With his strength, he pushed ShenYi's back towards the cold wall. She started to panic and resisted with all her might.

"Shh, behave there's only one thing I'm going to tell you."

"Then let go of me first! You asshole!"

She kicked Zhang Feng's middle part wherein his third leg was located. Good thing that ShenYi only kicked it enough to lessen his force and not to crush his mighty property.

"Ah! Fuck! Stupid girl!"

Zhang Feng let go because of pain but later on he can bear it.

"Cai ShenYi, I'm going to ask you. Are you now satisfied?"

"What?! I don't know what are you talking about!"

"Well, in the forum, you are the hottest topic. Everywhere in this campus has eyes on you. You already brought my name in to your schemes. You also hurt me so bad. You owe me thrice. Tell me, are you now satisfied?"

"Can you please stop spouting nonsense? I never wished to encounter these situations in my life!"

"Oh come on, you are the same like the others. Using me as their stepping stone to gain fame and wealth. If not, then I would think that you like me."

"You! Narcissist! Why the gods making things hard for me?! I just want to be a normal student! I don't care what others say! If I only know that you're going to be my classmate, then I would not refuse going to Class A! Or I would not rather study here at all!"

"Then go back to your past university!"

"Shut up! I don't know what I'm going to do with you!"

"Heh, why don't you just kill me like what you did in the past?! This is a hidden corner so there's nothing to-"

ShenYi paled the moment she heard what Zhang Feng said. She involuntary slapped his face.

Zhang Feng was enraged with what ShenYi did. But the fire in his eyes diminished when ShenYi was walking towards him with a bold attitude, but there's a brim of tears in her eyes.

ShenYi tried to gather her voice and avoid to crack up.

"You.... Don't act as if you know my story. Don't act as if you own my past."

ShenYi quickly left the area. Zhang Feng was dumbfounded.
