YOU LOOKED LIKE HER

As ShenYi was going back to her room, her mood was getting furious. He MingZi ruined her day.

She was still hungry but she already lost her appetite. She was trying to calm herself. She had no cellphone now. She wonder what was happening to Zhang Feng.

'Is he alright? Is he finding me right now? Does he sleep properly? Is he eating on time?' Her thoughts were really filled with Zhang Feng.

As she lay down on her bed, she suddenly had an idea. Since ger parents were enjoying themselves somewhere, she decided to stroll around outside. She also planned to buy a new phone.

She changed into a yellow sweater and jeans. Since the winter solstice was coming, it was starting to get cold.

The temperature outside was still normal. She decided to walk and appreciate the beauty of the surroundings.

....

After walking for a while, she doesn't notice a bicycle who had lose it's control.

"Move aside!" The boy said.

However, it was too late for ShenYi to move. Thus, she was hit by the bicycle on the side.

"Ouch!" ShenYi winced in pain.

"I'm sorry! I didn't checked on my bicycle!" The boy was also in pain, however, he was guilty because there's someone who was also hurt because of his impulsiveness.

From afar, Xi Jin wanted to help her, but he stopped when he saw that the boy was good to her.

He helped ShenYi to get up, but stopped in the middle.

"Aunty HaiYi...?" He murmured. He kept on staring at ShenYi.

ShenYi didn't hear his words but she felt the intense stare at her. She tidied herself and hissed in pain again.

"Little boy, why do you have to be too reckless? Stop staring at me. I'm not a native here." ShenYi said.

The boy, who seemed to be at the age of 14 or 15 even bulged his eyes when she saw clearly ShenYi's face.

"Aunty HaiYi, is that really you?" He said louder.

ShenYi frowned. "I'm not that old to call me aunty. I'm not-"

"Stop joking, Aunt HaiYi, do you know how long grandma and grandpa looking for you? They even thought you were dead!" Little boy lightly tapped her arms.

ShenYi shook her head. "Listen, little lad. Maybe you're hallucinating or dreaming. I'm not your aunty. I said that I'm not living here. Maybe I have a doppelganger here."

"B-but, you really looked like her..." The teenager furrowed his brows. "Our family was missing her." His voice carried a sad tone.

"Ai, if fate let us meet again, I'll help you find her." ShenYi encouraged the boy. She felt light while talking to him.

"Alright, I'm going now. I'm telling grandpa and grandma that I saw someone like my aunty." He then let carried his bicycle and walked.

"Be careful to check you brakes!" ShenYi shouted from afar.

The boy looked back. He gave her an okay sign.

ShenYi laughed. 'Hmm, what a great day ahead.'

She contemplated for a moment. Who is that Aunty HaiYi he was pertaining too?

She thought that maybe it was really a coincidence. She strode towards the mall and bought a phone.

Near her, Xi Jin smacked his head. He forgot to take a picture of the boy! He was entertained watching the two. They looked like siblings.

--------

"Miss, how much is that phone at the side?" Cai ShenYi pointed towards the phone on the stall.

"It's about 10,000 RMB miss."

ShenYi was shocked with the prize. It was definitely twice as much than those in Beijing! Her bugdet was only 7,000RMB, she definitely couldn't afford it.

"Miss, is there no discount for that?" ShenYi was trying to bargain with her.

"I'll buy that."

The two subconsciously looked behind.

"I'm going to buy whatever Miss ShenYi would buy."

ShenYi frowned deeper. Why do this man need to appear around her again?

"No need. I'm going to buy this one instead."

He MingZi walked beside her and insisted. "I'm going to buy her first pick."

ShenYi sighed with a hint of impatience. She faced him and said, "I don't need your help Mr. He, I'm going to buy with my own money."

However, after she said those words, another voice sounded from behind.

"Aunt HaiYi's look alike! I'm going to buy that for you." The boy walked towards the counter and got his credit card from his wallet.

"Oh, no need! I can handle it myself." ShenYi pushed his card towards him again.

"Ai, it just happened that I strolled around before going into our home. Take this as my compensation since I hit you with my bicycle." He gave his credit card towards the cashier.

"Thank you." ShenYi said to the boy. She didn't know why, but she feels really comfortable talking with that teenage man rather than He MingZi.

"Alright Aunty's look alike, I'm leaving now." Then he walked away.

However, as he walk, He MingZi interrogated him.

"Your card was definitely from your parents. What's your name? I'll refund it to you."

The boy looked back.

"You're not worthy to know my name. I could tell it to her," He pointed ShenYi. "But not to you." His voice was full of ridicule and indifference. Unlike earlier, his voice was friendly and approachable.

He then walked away.

He MingZi started to get burst with anger and embarrassment. How could that little boy talk to him with arrogance?
