In a world bereft of most resources, where the conditions of living have become harsh and extreme, Humanity has definitely declined, down to barbarism and cannibalism.

Only one place survived : Ark City. Its tall walls protect the last bits of civilization thanks to the energy provided by a comet revered as the God of Ark City : Nukledeus.

But this "God" is an unforgiving one and its benefits do not come without sacrifices.
