Chapter 6
My last exam was the Friday 19 and I wanted to write as soon as possible but that same day my dog died, my sister and I tried RCP but nothing, that hit me because there wasn't any signs of she felling bad or sick, so sorry that I didn't write a chapter for so long but that took my desire of writing.

I woke up at 5 of the morning without an alarm, something that my body got used after doing it for 4 years, with my future schedule I need to correct this habit or else I won't be able to sleep, thinking in that I leave my bed and as soon as I leave it I start to do my workout routine, I do that for 90 minutes followed by half an hour of meditation, this is something that I have always done ever since I was 6 years old after joining Xavier's School, the workout routine couldn't be done in my old house when my parents were present or it could have been weird seeing their kid doing exercises or Martial arts without learning before, as for the meditation I do it with two purposes in mind, the first one is to calm my mind because living in one of the most populated cities in the world is stressful, if I drop my guard a little my mind will be invaded by the thoughts of everyone in this city and the closest cities too, with how stressful it is, sometimes I would like to use one of my X-gene suppressors but I need to be ready every minute.
But the things is, it has become worse because my powers are getting more powerful with time, currently I can alter the atoms of a element to change it to another one, this is convenient now that I know the alloy of Adamantium, Carbonadium and the atomic structure of the Vibranium, allowing me to create them almost free, with the downside of giving me headaches if I do it for to much time, maybe if my powers continue to grow I will reach the point where I could do that with just a thought, just like the Molecule Man (which luckily doesn't exist, but I'm getting distracted). With the ever growing powers some events of the future can be changed for the best but this also make a possible host for The Phoenix... if I end up as the host, would I lose control and become Dark Phoenix? Whenever I think in that possible outcome I get... scared, What if...

My meditation is broken when my alarm prepared for the 7:00 sounds, after stopping it I walk to my bathroom and take a cold shower, with the cold water being in contact with my skin I managed to calm down the slight anxiety that was forming in me, with a possible threat like that my mind could have become erratic making me more vulnerable, but calmed down I should be able to think in a solution, after showering I dress up with something simple, a tank top with a leather jacket, something that I have always liked combined with jeans, after dressing I make my breakfast while thinking.
( I'm a billionaire right now thanks to the Kingpin but the FBI won't care if I steal it from a criminal, they will still arrest me if they know so I need to be careful with the assets or else it will be suspicious, in other words... I need to get a way to wash Fisk money, at least when acting as Jackson and not Raiden. I also need to go to Kamar Taj at some point to see if the Ancient One can help me, with it's help I should be more prepared if the Phoenix want me as a host, learning magic would also be great but that's for the future or I will have too many things to do, after all I haven't tapped on my powers completely, now that reminds me that with my erratic thoughts I forgot to explore my body control, something that I constantly forgot due to my Psionic Powers.)
*Sigh* Finished with my breakfast I get the blueprints that I made in my time in the MIT, with the technology of Wakanda these models are mostly obsolete so to avoid that they fall in the wrong hands I burned them all, after clearing the mess I left my home heading to one of my news safe houses, this one is 30 minutes away from my house walking, this house is where I'm planning to move Betsy and Melvin, those lovebirds.
Reaching the place I noticed that is slightly dusty, making my work more easy and with the use of my powers I finished this bothersome task. You must be wondering why do this for someone that will work for me, the reason being is that person is Melvin, someone easily influenced and more by Betsy, she who was being threatened by the Kingpin won't trust me easily, so if I can show her that I care for Melvin it will keep her here and Melvin working for me.
Done with that I left the house, taking a bus to the center of Manhattan, reaching the center I bought some burner phones for my current use, but seeing how bad the normal telephones are I think that making some smartphones would be a good way of easy money, after all just last year the first smartphone come out and they are slow and clumsy (at least to me), with those communication devices I could also spy in society just like S.H.I.E.L.D. does, I don't like them but they are efficient most of the time when it comes to gather information.
I also bought a good amount of sandwiches from a good place, this sandwiches are special because they are my parents favorites, why they are special? Well they once told me that this place is where they usually hang up in one of their first dates when they were junior attorneys and since I'm going to visit their law firm I thought that they would like it.
They are located in Manhattan too, it took me a while to get there and looking at the place it hasn't changed much, except for the new equipment that change with time, walking through the place I give sandwiches to the people here, with how my parents works and direct this law firm now this sandwiches are some kind of tradition, done with that I talk with secretary of my parents office, knowing that they are busy right now I wait for half an hour.
After they got a break I entered their office and they were surprised seeing me here but nevertheless were happy, we spent a couple of minutes talking while eating, done with that they asked why I was there so I started with the business talk.
"I need a good lawyer for my future company, can you recommend me some and maybe arrange a meeting?." - For a moment I was tempted to just say 'I need a lawyer' to see their faces but knowing how my mother would react is not worthy of the scolding, with the way she gets she could work perfectly as a drill instructor in the Navy.
"Mmm, one of the best lawyer for business is Lydia Hardy, I could arrange a meeting with her but she's to elitist so I don't know if she will accept." - Unaware of my thoughts she started to think in possible lawyers I could hire. Honestly I would like to have my parents law firm in this but some people would see that choice as someone who has to ask his parents permission for this and that.
"There is also that independent lawyer Jennifer Walters, not so much experience in the field yet but she is one of the few lawyers that have good morals." - She continues to name a few people with me taking mental notes of them but the ones who interest me where only two, Lydia Hardy because of the vague possibility that she could be a bridge between Felicia and I, if I manage to be in a good relationship with her I could influence her for the best, with this I mean that when she start as a thief because she will, I could shift her focus to steal from bad guys, as for Jennifer Walters, well she's a beautiful woman with good morals and she's the She-Hulk.
With her help I manage to get a appointment with those two women, although my mother was giving me the stinging eye since I only choose women among the people she was naming, finished here I give her a hug and took my leave but before I left their office I heard someone talking.
"Am I air to you?" - My father was smirking at me when my mother was giving me her stare but now he's complaining, I grin at his reaction not bothering to hide it, seeing my response he was fuming and I run before he starts screaming, leaving the office I drop a 'Love you' to my mother just to annoy him more.
"Jackson!" - He started screaming pretty soon while I was leaving some employees give a glance that said 'You annoyed him again', with this interaction between us I feel better, finding more determination in not losing control with the Phoenix.

After the visit to my parents firm I got back home for my equipment because I will go out at night, done with that I leave once again my home spending the rest of the day in one of my warehouses transmuting everything that I could find, this is just a temporary solution while I wait for my bulk of materials, knowing that, the things I created were the tools necessary to make an assembly line in small scale since the thing they will make is something revolutionary, what I have been doing is microbots, it's an amazing idea that I stole it from that movie Big Her* 6, with this I won't need a construction team to make my hidden bases or projects through the world, if I build something I won't need to use my powers, hiding them as my trump card, they can also be used as a weapon, transport, etc. The neurotransmitter was easy to do thanks to Hank research in Cerebro, the microbots were a little harder to do but I managed to build them at the end of the day, ending here I hide the stuff since it will be a pain in the ass to bring it home, tomorrow I will take it to the X mansion so Hank can finish my projects.
Finished here I suit up since I have a couple to save, tonight will be another sleepless night.

For the questions I asked in my 'Not a chapter/and read' I have chosen to do:
1. Since Haise99 is the only one who have been giving me names for the novel I will follow his example name, if you don't like it give me names and if they support you I will change it.
2. He's not going to be blood related with Felicia Hardy AKA Black Cat, I feel that would be a Deus Ex Machina.
3. He will start to explore on his powers of body control because I have been slacking off with it. (A/N: only I am stupid enough to choose 2 powers with great potential and almost infinite fields).
4. I choose silence here to make it a surprise for you guys 😉.
5. According to the crime my character will react, but have in mind that he won't kill at the FIRST MEETING like the Punisher (with humans, aliens don't have rights in Earth), not because he's against it but because doing that will put him in bad terms with the heroes that don't kill (why everyone of NY is like that!?), also some 'bad guys' can redeem themselves or be useful so he needs to give them a chance.
