Testing Medicine
As if it were tired, the Rage Orc increased its attack speed even further as its body became redder and redder with every passing second. The Super Soldier continued dodging the wild swings that were coming at it for a while before stamping a foot down crashing the axe into the ground making it stuck
A loud explosion of dust and wind was heard as the Rage Orc's axe is stuck in the ground with a large crack ahead of the axehead. The Super Soldier walked up the Rage Orc's arm slowly as it dodged the Orc's club at the same time
Each step it took was extremely light as if the humanoid monster had no mass. Walking up the arm of its huge opponent, the Super Soldier made it on the shoulder of its foe as it jumped into the air and flipped downward slowly before keeping its fingers together and chopped at the Rage Orc's shoulder
The Rage Orc cried out in pain as its body flinched
The Super Soldier then disappeared and appeared in front of the Rage Orc's chest and stabbed forward with its index finger in random places at speeds impossible for the human eye to see. If one were to look carefully they would notice that the places where it stabbed would draw a picture of a constellation
Connecting the lines, one would be able to see the nine stars of the Draco constellation. It was as if Ouyang Gu was sending a message to a certain individual. The Vice peak master naturally took notice of this and smiled
The Super Soldier dropped to the ground as the small holes on the Rage Orc's chest glew with golden light and exploded from deep within. The explosions didn't happen all at once, instead, each of the nine stars exploded in intervals of five seconds
The explosions occurred at exactly the same time the Rage Orc cried out in pain from the attack to its shoulder. Within just a single second, the Super Soldier moved elsewhere and attacked nine times within that short timeframe
Standing with its back against the Rage Orc, the Super Soldier turned into a wisp of darkness before returning to the Monster Sea. Since Ouyang Gu had won his match, he left the peak since he knew that no other battles are worth his time
The Rage Orc returned to the Monster Sea as Di Jongliu too left the platform to watch the rest of his fellow first years battle. Ye Qin and Wang Tao stayed to watch the remaining matches as the day ended
Once all the matches were over, the Vice peak master let all of the students go free. Since they had nothing to do, Ye Qin and Wang Tao left the Battle Peak and headed to the Medicine Peak

When they arrived, the same phenomenal sight that they had seen previously was in view once again. The two headed directly towards the Peak Master's house as they found the old man sitting down on a log and mashing together some herbs in a mortar
The peak master naturally noticed the appearance of the two boys as he turned to face them for a brief moment before continuing his business. "Greetings, Peak Master." the two brothers said in unison
The Peak Master nodded as the two brothers sat down nearby and waited for the old man to finish making his medicine. After a while, the peak master finished his job, he mixed in a green liquid he kept in a small tube taken from a strap on his waist
Looking at the two brothers, the Peak Master poured the medicine he mashed in the mortar and into two seperate bowls he pulled out from who knows where. Seeing this, the two brothers knew what was coming as they placed their hands forward to accept the bowls
When the bowls came in their hands, they looked into the bowls to see a strange blueish liquid that made them want to puke just from the smell. The two looked each other in the eyes before bringing it to their mouths and gulping it all down in one go
Drinking down the medicine, the two opened their eyes as the drink actually tasted good. As soon as they were about to compliment the drink, they suddenly felt a sharp pain in their stomachs as well as a loud rumbling of their stomachs
The Peak Master pointed to his wooden house and said "Toilets are inside." as he grabbed a herb from his pocket and chewed on it a few times before spitting it into the mortar to mash up again
Before he even finished his sentence, the two brothers sprinted towards the toilet as they unleashed the fury within their stomachs. After spending a good 10 minutes in there, the two finally felt better and flushed the toilet then washed their hands
As they washed their hands, they looked into the mirror and saw a change. Ye Qin's skin before could be said to be as pale and soft as a beautiful woman. Now, after drinking the unknown medicine by the peak master, his already soft skin became softer and more supple as though he was a baby again
Naturally, since Wang Tao drank the same thing, there was a change in him too. His skin became slightly whiter and more bouncy. By poking it one would be able to tell how soft and supple it was. That wasn't the only change in him, his change was even greater than Ye Qin's!
Looking into the mirror, Wang Tao saw his entire body looking smaller than it did just half an hour ago. His previous body that appeared to be roughly 90 kilos of per fat now seemed to only be around 80 kilos. If he wasn't looking into the mirror, he would've frightened himself to death
"Ah! Who the hell is that?! he screamed. He touched his face all over whilst staring into the mirror to confirm that it was really himself he was looking at. Ye Qin heard his brother shout and turned to look at the fatty who had clearly lost a bunch of weight in less than an hour!
"That's one frightening juice." Ye Qin thought as he looked at himself then to Wang Tao again. Ye Qin then felt that his entire body felt lighter and that his muscles felt slighter better as if he had gained a few weeks worth of training within a day
After drying their hands, the two walked back outside and sat down next to the Peak Master again. The Peak Master continued mixing herbs together in the mortar as he suddenly placed them all down and went to his wooden house. Once he came outside, the old man carried a large pot in his hands and placed it over a small campfire
As he did this, his granddaughter arrived at the trio's location and helped her grandfather with his work. The two brothers sat there quietly as they observed the Peak Master's work for hours and hours
The old man seemed as though he had an endless amount of energy as he kept throwing various herbs into the pot and mixing them together. After keeping this up for five hours, the old man took out the flame and waited for the liquid to cool down
From the large pot, a visible black smog flowed outside along with a putrid smell leaking outside from the top of the pot. The four of them sat quietly without a word as the medicine pot cooled down
Five minutes later, the pot finally cooled down. The Peak Master stood up and grabbed a ladle from his house and stood by the large pot pouring the black liquid into the same bowls he had given the two brothers just hours ago
"Oh boy here it comes again." Ye Qin thought. "What did we do to deserve this? Well, I am curious what the effects of this will be." Wang Tao thought
As if she could tell what they were thinking by their expressions, the Peak Master's granddaughter giggled as the old man looked at the two boys in the eyes and cued for them to gather in front of him
The old man put the bowls into their hands as they once again downed another bowl of strange liquid. After swallowing the disgusting liquid and going through its intense smell, the two brothers didn't feel a thing as they looked at the peak master who stared back at them
After an awkward moment of silence, Wang Tao broke the silence and asked "Um, is something supposed to happen?". The peak master shook his head and replied "Just testing, seems like it didn't do anything."

"..."
Wang Tao's expression turned slightly sour hearing his reply before sitting back down next to Ye Qin. "The hell? He spent five hours on it and it didn't do jack?" Wang Tao thought
The Peak Master then put a lid over the black liquid and said "Come back tomorrow, same time" as he along with his granddaughter into his wooden house
