The Ruins
Whoosh!
In the middle of the desert, a handsome young man could be seen sitting on top of a three-meter long tiger. The tiger's body is gold, with huge black wings that enabled it to take flight.
"Hmm, the place I'm in is completely different from where I fell." the young man thought.
Taking out the map he received from the Tiger God, the young man knew immediately where he was.
"Let's go." he said softly, as the duo began flying in a single direction.

After traveling for a day, the young man arrived at the spot he fell. Looking around, he noticed signs that someone had been there recently.
Getting down, he touched the marks that were placed on the ground. When he touched it, a faint golden light dispersed around his hand.
"Boss.." the young man thought.
"So he waited for me all this time."
The young man followed along the traces that his 'Boss' left behind for him to follow. It seemed like that person didn't return home and stayed there the entire time, waiting for his return.
He got on the back of the Blackgold Python Tiger and followed along the traces.
After another half-day, the signs stopped.
The young man found a large cave where the traces ended.
Suddenly, he heard a loud roar, deep within the large cave that he couldn't see through.
Roar! Roar!
Roar!
The Blackgold Python Tiger roared back as it heard a familiar sound. The young man and his partner went deep inside the cave walls. As he took his first step, the dark cave was suddenly lit, enabling him to see.
A long corridor awaited the young man, he spent a few minutes just to be able to reach for the other side of the cave.
When he looked out, he saw a familiar silhouette sitting down with his back turned away from the young man.
Around him, seven large dragons were flying in the air. It seems the huge cave was much larger than he thought. Even though each dragon was over twenty meters in length, all of them were easily able to fit inside, while not even an eighth of the space was filled up!
The young man entered and shouted.
"Boss!"
The young man with his back turned away, stood up and turned to face him.
"Guess I can't call you fatty anymore." the young man said back.
The young man who used to be fat became teary-eyed.
The two young men got closer to each other and hugged each other.
"It's good to see you again." the other young man said.
"It's been a while, boss." the young man replied.
The eight monsters also greeted each other with a roar.
The two young men let go of each other, before sitting down for a chat.
"I told you I was right, you should've lost your fat years ago." the other young man suddenly said.
"Haha, I didn't want to lose it, but the situation forced me to. I'm used to being called fatty, so let's not change it." the young man replied.
He then began to tell him of his time down the abyss.

The two young men told each other what had happened during the three months of separation. The handsome young man with seven dragons, Ye Qin had spent all this time traveling around while training his monsters.
His smartwatch was filled with an uncountable amount of monster corpses. He also discovered this huge ruin just last month and didn't explore too much of it since it was an unknown location.
The other young man, Wang Tao disclosed how he had spent over a year training with the Tiger God and now is traveling with its daughter.
The Tiger God's daughter appeared as it heard itself being mentioned.
Ye Qin had a look at its stats.

"So it controls space, from what fatty has told me, its mother could not only create space, travel through space, freeze space, it could also control gravity within its own space as well. That means its spatial abilities alone are far superior to my own monsters' abilities."
"Since it can freeze space, that's essentially the same as freezing time... It's incredibly powerful, but why is such a powerful God living down there?" Ye Qin thought.
He then glanced at the Blackgold Python Tiger.

From what he saw, the Blackgold Python Tiger had also gotten stronger during the time.
"Well then, since we are done catching up, let's explore this ruin." Wang Tao suggested.
"En, we don't have much time left before we need to return to the academy. Our dorm mates will be surprised at your change when we return." Ye Qin replied.
The two young men stood up as their monsters were recalled back into the Monster Sea. Only their partners remained behind as the two of them headed straight forward.
Dum! Dum!
A large boulder was moved to reveal an entrance that leads straight ahead. It was unknown territory once the two of them venture forth from this point.
Sitting on their monsters, Ye Qin and Wang Tao passed through a long passageway, within the ruins.
After passing by for a few minutes, they encountered some monsters.
Even though it was a ruin that was mostly dirt, monsters one would normally find within a cave couldn't be found.
Rather than bats, there were insects as well as anteaters.

There were also other kinds of insect monsters they spotted as well. Each of them were small in size, but were quite powerful. With hundreds of them surrounding the two at once, they had no choice but to fight.

[Additional Info: A metal element ant that follows the orders of its superiors without any question.]
With every one hundred Military Ants, a single Ant Commander took control of each colony. They were all in formation like a military battalion that human armies have.
Their levels were also higher than the levels of Ye Qin and Wang Tao's monsters. Since that's the case, there is no better way to quickly get stronger than to hunt all the monsters surrounding them.
The Blackgold Python Tiger roared, it used its signature ground freezing attack using a single paw that froze the entire space.
The Qiulong simply breathed its dragon flames which instantly vaporized the monsters that were frozen. Even though they were similar in level, the difference between strength was immensely clear. It was like the difference between the Heaven and Earth.

Ye Qin could hear the notifications from all the xp his monster was receiving. Even though he was the one who finished them off, the Blackgold Python Tiger gained the same amount of xp since it was the one who attacked first and dealt most the damage.
In an instant, thousands of insects were all killed at once. The only remaining monsters were the Dusk Eaters which hid amongst the darkness of the ruin walls.
The ice from the Blackgold Python Tiger melted. The Dusk Eaters appeared in sight. From their looks, it seemed like they controlled dreams and sleep rather than darkness.
The Dusk Eaters gathered and all emitted a strange pulse to surround the entire space. Ye Qin and Wang Tao didn't feel anything, but it seemed like their monsters weren't in the same position.
The two looked down and noticed that their monsters were getting a little agitated and restless. Ye Qin pat the Qiulong's head to calm it down.
He then felt some presence behind him and turned to look. When he turned around, he couldn't see anything. He knew he wasn't wrong since he was sensitive to it.
The Qiulong roared loudly as a loud popping sound could be heard. Not only the popping sound, but also an explosion could be heard at the same time.
Rubble fell from the ceiling and fell upon the Dusk Eaters. As they were hurt, they revealed themselves clearly in front of Ye Qin.
The Blackgold Python Tiger stepped on the ground, as thin golden threads attached themselves on the bodies of the Dusk Eaters.
It used the threads to lift them up and gather them into one spot. Suddenly, an icy layer of gold and blue froze them over, and put them to sleep forever.
Instead of putting its enemies to sleep, the Dusk Eaters instead, were the ones that were put into an endless dream that they couldn't escape from.
After killing all the monsters, Ye Qin and Wang Tao continued heading forward.
Heading forward for a bit, they noticed a small entrance that their monsters couldn't fit through even in their chibi forms. Ye Qin and Wang Tao got off and returned the monsters into the Monster Sea before going through the gap.
On the other side of the gap, they entered an entirely different place. Instead of just cave walls, what surrounded them was an entire kingdom of water. Surprisingly enough, they could breathe in the water as if it were oxygen.
There was no bubble or anything around them to keep them from drowning. Of course, they could physically feel emerged underwater as they looked around.
From large coral which hid fish, to strange rocks and pink colored sand on the floor bed. Looking up at the sky, a blue-colored moon could be seen from where they were positioned.
In the far distance, they could see what appeared to be a village.
The two looked at each other briefly before starting to swim toward the village ahead. They didn't summon their monsters since they didn't feel any danger of hostility aiming at them, hence there was no need.
As they swum, various fish they have never seen before swum away, or came closer to them. From beautiful fish, to not so good looking ones, small ones, large ones, dangerous-looking ones had swum beside them as well.
Other sea creatures such as rays and turtles appeared as well. There was even a fish with bubbles coming out of its nostrils, blocking a bit of their view when they went forward. It felt as if they were being welcomed by the surrounding fish that lived in this strange ruin.
Other than enjoying the cruise, they continued heading forward since they were short on time.
