The group then went to another building, but this they teleported. Feng'er was a bit confused and asked "How come they don't teleport with me? At the Spirit Realm, they should be able to teleport small distances."

"Because there is a space restriction in this place. Although we do not have a major restriction, and people can teleport at the Spirit Realm, they cannot bring other people with them. Unless it is someone at the Sky-God Realm or higher, they cannot bring someone with them to teleport. There are some places that can even stop Low-level Ancient-God Realm Cultivators from teleporting inside. We have that formation in the inner defence surrounding the whole Palace. It is to stop assassins."

Feng'er was contemplating for a while before she nodded. She felt it true if everyone can teleport, it would be easy to kill someone. There are always counters to everything.

Then she asked the question that she wanted to ask before, "What did mother mean?"

The emperor gave a slight smile. He thought about it a bit before looking at her with a slight hint of mischievousness but joy and said "Well if I tell you everything, won't you have anything to look forward to in the world. Hmm, she said that till you reach the Spirit Realm, you will be under my care. I will give you missions that you need to complete from now on. If you complete your missions, you will get a reward, if not you will get a punishment, it is simple. Consider her words as the last mission that you will do under me and her first mission."

"Okay," Feng'er was obviously joyous because she was already used to this type of living where she would receive missions and she would spend her time on them. She did not what type of was prevalent in this world, but she did not mind as she felt that this was the best type for her.

The others were a bit surprised that she accepted this so easily. However, they did not continue this topic as the doors in front of them opened. One of the middle-aged men that had come to see Feng'er's affinity test walked out of the door.

The building that they stood in front of was huge. It had 10 floors and each floor was 10 metres in height. The higher floors were releasing strange energy fluctuations with the top floor releasing frightening energy. There were no windows and the whole building had no openings except for the door in front of them, but each floor wall was made of different material and had different scriptures, formations, and carvings that give it a beautiful and archaic feeling.

It was obvious that this was an important building of the Palace. The man that came out of the building greeted the people present and then gestured them to come inside. The group walked inside and were greeted with a beautiful sight. Everywhere they saw, they could small orbs of energy floating on shelves that seemed endless. The energy orbs emitted different coloured lights and it was a scene from a love story.

All the people were used to this view except for Feng'er who was lost and had an incredulous look on her face. She was marvelled. The other people were just smiling while looking at her dazed face for a while.

After some time, the middle-aged man coughed, bring her back to herself and showing an embarrassed face. She was still looking around when the middle-aged man spoke, "Princess, I am Huang Xian. I am from the extended Huang family and your Uncle." He chuckled, before he continued, "I am the caretaker of this library. It is officially called the Fu Pavilion, but we all call it the library. Here, you will find martial art skills for all Realms. Theses energy orbs you see are the skill inheritance globes. You just need to touch the globes to see the details of the skills stored inside. The different colour represents the different Law which the skill will follow. But it is not possible to know whether the skill is an attack type, a defence type, a movement type, or an assisting type. Each Law can have all those types."

"Although you may already know but let me still explain some things about martial art skills, they are divided similarly as the Cultivation Realms and the fours levels of low, middle, high and peak. You cannot learn martial art skills of a higher Realm than your current level, but you can learn of a higher level. The library holds martial art skills of all Realms, one Realm on one floor."

"Usually, the bottom 3 floors are empty because there is no requirement for low Realm skills but for you, they have been filled up. You can choose as you wish. However, the Emperor has given some suggestions that you can consider. Please look at these first and if you are not satisfied, you can look around. When you want to learn them, please call for me." Huang Xian sad and then retreated towards the door and sat down next to it to start meditating.

"Princess, we would like to go to the 4th room to choose skill of the Spirit Realm, please allow us." The maids respectfully asked her. Feng'er lightly nodded but was confused, couldn't they come themselves and choose whenever they wanted.

"They are maids, not everyone can come here as they please. They are lucky that they can accompany you inside. It takes contributions or approvals from the elders to enter the library. After entering, they can choose any number of skills as they want from any Realm," the Emperor explained seeing her confused look. She nodded but was thinking about some things before she asked, "Any number of skills from any Realm?"

The Emperor gave a satisfied smile seeing that she was able to think things through, "Yes. Getting skills from the globes is taxing to the mind and if at most they can choose one skill from a low-level higher Realm than theirs before they would pass out and be dragged out. 3 skills from the same Realm is also the limit that the mind can bear. To transfer the skills to other people will require them to master the skill and then to transfer their knowledge to empty globes. The globes are a rare blacksmithing item and are very costly. By the time they master any skill, they should have surpassed the Realm. It is useless to them then to get the meagre amount of money they would get from selling the skill then."

Feng'er again nodded and found it feasible but she still felt that stealing and selling would be easy. But she did not ask anymore.
