Lo Spettacolo

The night has gotten darker and the cold breeze can cause goosebumps, all the masks are removed and continued their impromptu operations.

Meanwhile, in an abandoned building, a man is talking to someone on his phone, and was delivering his good news...

"Sir good news po. Nabaril po namin ang target! Nasa kamay na rin po namin yung unica hija ng mga Martinenghi. Malapit na po---"

"Boss, nandito na po kami!" a familar voice was heard and the call was interrupted.

He was about to face them when he received a fatal blow on his head.

The next day, he woke up in pain; his head is aching from the blow he received. He regained consciousness when he realized he was sitting on a chair, wrapped in manila hemp, and with his hands and feet chained. Meanwhile, his comrades were hung upside down fully naked, ready to be submerged in a metal drum of an unknown substance, which were place in their respective positions. It has a strong pungent smell, so he can tell that those contained hydrochloric acid. Their bodies are covered in fresh lacerated wound. He can hear them screaming for mercy and pain, and asking for help; even their mouths were covered in white handkerchief.

There was a woman sitting a few distance in front of him, and middle-front of the hunged victims, with body guards in their glasses and black suit on each side. She was wearing a red masquerade mask, red lipstick, red long sleeve blouse, black high waist shorts, black leather ankle boots, black thigh holster belt on the left thigh, and black lace gloves, and was holding a whip with her right hand. The building didn't emit enough lighting, so he is certain that her hair is chestnut brown colored.

She's closer to him, since she doesn't want anyone other than her victims to be completely burned in deadly acid.

She smiled sweetly at him. "Good morning mister. Ang ingay ng mga kasamahan mo, mga gusto nang umuwi... sa impyerno."

He got trembled when he realized who she was. Her accent is familiar, though she's one of the best in switching accents when it comes to speaking different languages.

You may never want to mess up with her.

"Ma'am, sorry po! Patawarin niyo na po ako!" he cried, begging to spare all of them.

She clicked her tongue three times, dropped her whip, and pulled a rose gold beretta out of its case that was attached to her holster belt.

"The word "patawarin" is non-existent in my dictionary. Sorry." she replied with a menance grin and pointed the gun onto the first hunged man from her left.

"Let's play a game, shall we? I'll spare their lives IF you'll tell me who's your boss."

His heart was beating fast, he didn't expect this to happen.

What he knew he needed something to eat, his family needed to survive. Memories of them flashed onto his mind, he knows his wife and his children are sick worried, for they don't have an idea what kind of monstrosity he went through.

He wanted to plead more to spare his life, he wanted to cry and kneel but he can't.

But it's all over.

He froze into silence, the only thing he could hear were his comrades mercilessly got submerged into the drums of acid and completely burned their bodies to death.

His heart was filled with fear, so he screamed the name of his boss, hoping she would somehow spare his life, but she didn't.

Before he completely lose his remaining sanity, she shot him on his chest, and everything went blank for a second.

Then flashbacks haunted his mind...

What about his wife... his children... his family... How would they survive without him?

It's sad to leave, indeed, so he closed his eyes and it never opened again.
