Chapter 19
Everything is going more well than i expected it to be!
It is finally dinner time and everyone ate dinner together and celebrated the first mission success we got. Mister Huryl and Elvy sat to my side and we discussed about the plan and the supply they gets. I told that the cave in a certain forest shall be their base together with the brothers and sisters... Everyone danced and sang all night... The children were put up to sleep early and the elders started to have a drinking contest... The contest was epic for no one could beat Kaishin... I didn't expected this...
Right next to me is Comil who was just defeated by Kaishin and is acting very drunk right now...
"DaMn Eit!...hic! Hic! I reALLyyy Hic! Hat-Hic!! thAt...BUrrPPP! stUpId smIlE you put up...ZZZZZzzzzz" Those were the last words that Comil said as she finally falls asleep...
I never would've imagined that a girl would join to some contest like that... The true biggest surprise for me is that... I could never ever imagine myself to be celebrating like this. All my life, I've only been accustomed to a grand ball with nobles... Tho... i feel more relaxed celebrating here than there...
I've been approached since i was very young because i was a Duke's daughter and a fiance candidate of the crown prince... All i see in the ball is their false smile and flattery lies...
If ever my mother and father asks me if I think that it is scary to be in such a place which is the usual thing they asks me since i was very young... I could not reply "yes" as what i usually do...
It is true indeed that it scares me when we go to a mission but, i feel like!... I've come to be able to grasp a more meaning in life than just standing at the center... I am indeed afraid but... I am more happy right now than when i was in the past.
Thinking about the present and past puts me to sleep without me realizing... The next thing i know is that i woke up in the room they gave me.
Today is another day and Huryl will return back with Elvy... They brought a carriage as i said to... We gave them temporary food supply and some seeds to plant some vegetables and fruits near the outside the cave...
Kaishin said that the ground there can be used for planting some tropical fruits and vegetables... We also loaded their carriage with some weapons and bullets...
Elvy was crying and doesn't want to depart with me...
"Lady Rigelle!...I... want to serve you here like my mother did! Let me serve you here in my mother's stead!" Elvy kept on insisting but... i figured that she might still have her family waiting for her return and so... i said "No" and hoped for her to go home so that her family won't get worried...
I tried explaining that for Elvy until i finally convinced her to go back together with Mister Huryl.
"Alright!...Lady Rigelle... Please take care of yourself here..." Elvy said as she hugged me and the two of them finally departed...
Not only is Elvy the spitting image of her mother but they also are very similar in character... I kept on getting nostalgic since yesterday...
After parting with Mister Huryl and Elvy, I got nothing to do anymore... When i told this to Comil, Comil suggested to watch the others who were training and so... I agreed for i am quite curious myself...
Some were at a library built inside the hideout trying to research new cures, poisons, or any other stuffs that could be useful in fights... Some are sewing clothes for under covers... The others were outside the hideout which is in the forest and is training how to use weapons and some martial arts...
This Master "R" who started all of these is really an amazing person... He did not only focused on training them to fight and gives them supply... He also focused at other parts of the main plan which makes everyone ready to hiding and surviving.
"I really am impressed to this Master 'R' who started this amazing plan..." I said to Comil as we both watch everyone...
"Master 'R' said that everything was just inspired by your way of carefully planning... You yourself taught Master 'R' a thing or a two..." Comil said...
I was surprised to what she said...
"I know him?..." i confusedly asked
