Day Six Part 3

Zane arrived with all the transfer papers.

"Make them out to Lillian Hood mother."

"No... not that girl." She went white.

"Yes mother. I want my future wife to have a piece of the company given to her by her future mother-in-law."

Mrs. Wolf signed the paper. "Hope your happy now have them release your father."

"Zane see to it that Mr. Wolf is released and as soon as Mrs. McDonald comes in send her up."

Mrs. Wolf stood and walked out with out another word.

"Zane also send up some lunch too."

"Yes boss."

'One down one to go.' He went to his desk to work on some new mergers.

"You did what!!??!!" Yelled Mr. Wolf.

"I had to, he forced me. I could not let you stay in jail." She cried.

"Now I have no say in that company. First you father gives that brat all control when I was the one kissing that old man's ass and now you give the only thing I have left."

"Honey, please. Did you want to stay in jail?"

"I have put up with you and your father for twenty six years now. I hate all of you. Get out of my site woman."

"You don't mean that." She was now in tears.

"Yes I do. I only married you to get your fathers company now there is no chance in that."

She sat in the car crying when he told the driver, "Take me to Beth place."

"Who's Beth?" She asked.

"My lover for the past 30 yrs. I have children by her. Every time you thought I was out of town I was with her. He is the one I really love."

Mrs. Wolf Cried even harder at this news then told the driver to stop the car. She stepped out and flagged down a cab. Mr. Wolf said good riddance and headed to his real home.

Two o'clock came and Jake got a call from down stairs saying Mrs. McDonald was here to see him.

"Send her up."

As she stepped off the elevator he could see she had been crying.

"Please have a seat."

"Thank you Jake."

"I'm sorry for everything that happened." he said.

"I know and I'm sorry too. I know My husband and Susan went overboard. He just had her sight set on you and her father spoiled her so much."

"What can I do for you?"

"I've talked to Susan. Then man that married her she wants to stay married to him." She lowered her head.

This surprised him.

"Please, can you let my husband go?" She now looked him in the eye.

"He needs to be punished." Jake said.

"Yes, Here is the shares for the company. He was going to retire anyway. They were in my name incase something ever happened to him. I can sign them over to you."

He was surprised, "Sign them over to Miss Lillian Hood and I'll drop the charges right away."

"Thank you." she signed the paper work.

Jake called Zane to take care of Mrs. McDonald by taking her to the police office to release her husband.

Lillian now had 20% of the company.

Mrs. Wolf took a taxi to see her father. She could not stop crying as her whole world fell apart.

As she arrived her father was on the patio watching Toby chase butterflies.

"Daddy, my life is in ruins." She sat down in a chair.

"Child, what are you talking ?"

"My son put his father in jail then forced me to sign over my shares. My husband was so mad he left me for another woman." She started crying harder.

"What is this all about explained it in detail?" He said taking his daughters hand.

"Jake had his father and Mr. McDonald arrested for trying to trick him into marriage with Susan. When I went to son to get him to release his father he told me the only way he would do it was for my shares to the company. When I agreed he then made me sign them over to that slut that has him wrapped up in her little finger. When I picked up my husband and told him what happened he blew up at me and said he was only with me for your company and that he had a mistress and two kids."

Pop just shook his head. He had known about his other family but did not want to hurt his daughter.

Just then Lillian walks out with some tea and cakes. "Pop how do you like your tea?" She then seen Mrs. Wolf and stops.

"You" Mrs. Wolf yelled.

Lillian sets the tray on the table and takes a step back.

"You are the cause of all this." Mrs. Wolf stood up and walked over to her and slaps her across the face.

Lillian reaches up to touch the string cheek.

"Why are you here? This house is not your home get out and leave my family alone." Mrs. Wolf screams.

"Sit down Child and leave this girl alone. She is living her now with you son. I suggest you calm down."

Lillian felt a tear roll down her cheek as she turned to head to her room.

Pop shook his head. 'This poor girl' he hoped she would not run again.

Pop looked at his daughter and sighed. "Now child do you feel better attacking an innocent girl. She had nothing to do with any of this. It was you and your husband who caused all of it."

"No father if it wasn't for that girl Jake would of married Susan and everything would be all right."

"What about your husband's other family. He has been with that girl for 30 years and you have only been married 26."

"How did you know?" She looked up at her father.

"When you brought him home I had him investigated. I tried to tell you but you would not listen. It was because of him I gave Jake the shares and appointed him CEO." He said as he poured some tea.

"But what about her?" She asked.

"I looked into her too. She is kind and loving and making your son a better man." He took a sip of tea.

"I don't care... How can my son treat his parents this way?" He asked with her head lowered.

"How can you support a man who treated his son as an object. Do you think he would let Jake stay in the company for any longer. He was planning a take over. I still have my ear in the company so I know what he was planning."

She stood up and said, "I'm going to my room to lay down. See you later father."

Mrs. Wolf walked up the stairs and paused at her son's door. 'I need to get rid of her as soon as possible.' She then went to her room to lay down.
