Tetsuya decided that he would pick up the name of his favorite character as his own since he literally has his body. Naruto walked around the cave and noticed that other than the small freshwater pond, it was completely empty. How did the Bone-Demon Emperor die in such a place? He noticed a bit of light coming from a certain direction and started walking towards it.
Lush green forest with sky scrapping trees stood majestically in front of him. Each tree was thick enough to hold a dozen grown men in its trunk if it was hollow. However, what annoyed Naruto was the fact that he was inside a cave on a cliff face. There was no way up or down from the cave. The only way to the ground below was straight down the cliff...
Naruto remembered the tree walking exercise and decided to practice it on the cave wall.
"Wait... how do I exactly convert my Qi thing into chakra?"
[Just go with the flow... imagine yourself wielding chakra and you will wield chakra.]
"Alright.. let's give it a shot."
Naruto walked up to the cave wall and started gathering his chakra below his feet. Surely enough he started walking on the vertical wall. It took him no more than 5 tries to get it to perfection.

("Looks like Yuna was not lying when she said that the bloodline would grant me good energy control. If the Uzumaki clan did not possess good chakra control, they would never be able to boast such fearsome Sealing Techniques. Same goes for Minato as well… if he did not have an absurd chakra control, he would not be able to use FTG as he did..." Naruto thought to himself.)
After about half an hour of practice to completely master the skill to the Adept level, he sat down and rested to regain his lost energy. He had also gained an additional 10 points for increasing his mastery over the technique.
Total EXP = 20.
("Wait... I totally forgot about the other bloodline. I should at least test it a little before going out.")
Naruto raised his hands as a few sharp bone pellets shot out of his fingers. It was a fairly easy thing to do... he felt as if it came naturally to him. It did not even use a lot of Chakra.
("Maybe if I did this a few time, I could create another skill.")
Naruto aimed at a stalagmite in the cave and started shooting some bone pellets. They weren't very strong and could do no more than chip the surface of the stalagmite.

"Huh!? really..." Naruto felt a bit sad upon hearing that but he decided to put it in the back of his head for now.
("Let's go and get some food first. Then I will continue with my experiments...")

Naruto started to walk down the cliff face by walking vertically on it. The cave was about 100 meters off the ground. The lush green forest stretched as far as the eye could see. He was a bit sad that he could not see any signs of civilization near him. However, he did see a large river some distance away. Naruto decided that he would first visit the river. After all, water is the most important resource and where there is water, there is bound to be people around somewhere.
The grassy forest floor was a bit damp as he landed on the ground. The awe-inspiring trees stood towering in front of him. He started walking down the direction he saw the river.
After a few minutes walk, he suddenly sensed something coming in his direction...
"What's going on? I cannot see what that thing is but I can somehow feel it… What a weird feeling… am I a natural sensor type or something?"

Naruto snapped out of his thoughts when he heard an angry growl and a shadow flew past him and landed on a tree behind him. A wounded ape-like creature glared at him before it fell unconscious on the ground. Naruto freaked out and hid on top of a tree behind some thick leaves. Unfortunately, the tree he hid behind had some kind of a strange smelly fungus on its branches. Naruto felt a bit nauseated from the smell, however, he held it back. He had a sharp bone in his hand standing ready just in case of some emergency. Naruto decided that he would wait a minute to make sure that the ape was really dead and even if it was not dead, it would slowly bleed to death. He knew that if he could kill that ape, he would not have to worry about food for the next few days. A large grey wolf walked out of the thicket along with a few smaller wolves as he glared at the ape-like creature. The beast released a terrifying pressure as it felt the presence of another creature in its vicinity. It tried to detect it via smell but could not find any leads.
Naruto instinctively knew he was no match for the beast pack and if the beasts decided to attack, he won't even be able to flee. He was a bit tempted seeing the size of the ape but even after thinking for a while he could not see a way of defeating the wolves without sustaining any injuries. He can try to land a surprise attack with the bone pellets but if it fails he won't live to see the next morning. There is also a chance that these wolves are fast enough to dodge the bone pellets.
"Fuck… these guys... I wanted that ape." Tetsuya back on earth was a massive foodie. Food was the only thing in the world that could rival his love for games.
Naruto once again started to reconsider if he should jump in and fight. However, his sense as a gamer that has fought hundreds of battles told him that he was not their match for now. He gritted his teeth and put his bone dagger back.
The Grey wolf and his pack mates walked up to the ape and started biting chunks of its flesh. Looking at the blood spraying everywhere Naruto felt a bit scared. He was out of breath and sweating because of fear. He knew that if he walked up to the wolves, he would die. The only reason he could even sit there and not scream was the "Gamer's Mind" skill which was born from his years of experience.
("I have gravely underestimated this world... I have fought in a virtual game world for years, yet the real world feels completely different. That wolf would have definitely killed me if I did not have that weird smell stuck on me... However, I cannot hide forever. I need to become the predator, I need to kill it. I need to get stronger. But even so, water and food still remain my top priority...") Naruto sat down and began to calm his nerves and recover his energy.
He once again began walking after a short rest.

One hour later...

After an hour of uneventful walking, Naruto finally reached the river. He was placing small Uzumaki symbols on his way so that he would remember his way back. Crystal clear water with a smooth gentle flow attracted a number of different fishes. Naruto was mesmerized by the dazzling display of colors on the fishes. He carved a small Uzumaki symbol on a rock to mark the location so that he could come back here whenever he wanted.
Naruto drank a scoop of water from the river and instantly felt refreshed. He wanted to catch some fishes for food but he had no idea how to. He knew that he could make a fishing rod or a wooden spear but he had no string and no real technique on how to use a fishing spear. He also knew from watching those TV shows that he could make some kind of a net from vines and use to trap these fishes. However... he had no idea how to exactly do that.
Naruto spent quite a bit of time thinking about what he could do to catch fishes when he got an ingenious idea. He dug a small waterway, like a tiny canal from the river in the same direction as its original flow. The waterway was hardly a dozen inches wide and just a few inches deep. This meant that no bigger fish would get inside and he could catch the small fish with his bare hands after he traps them in the waterway by closing the entrance with stones.
The plan was a huge success as small fishes came inside the waterway thinking that it was a refuge from the bigger fishes. Naruto simply had to pick them up as the water slowly drained after the canal entrance was closed by stones.
While waiting for the fishes to get caught, he was practicing his water walking skills. It was slightly harder than wall walking, but he manages to get it down in half an hour with his insane chakra control.

Soon he had caught enough fishes but now he faced the next major challenge...
("How the fuck, do I cook these fishes...? I have no idea how to make a 'proper' friction fire and I do not have any fire-based jutsu.") Naruto was thinking of ways to make a fire for cooking but he could not come up with any good way to do so. Frustrated he kicked the rock below his feet and it flew over to another rock nearby creating a spark. Naruto's eyes lit up after seeing the spark.
"Damn... I thought I would have to eat raw but looks like luck is on my side. Mwhaha..." Naruto picked up a few flintstones and grabbed a bunch of dry sticks along with the fishes before he went back to the cave. Lighting up the fire, Naruto had a good meal before he went to sleep...
