In the coming darkness that enveloped me, a fissure of radiant light encompassed my worldview. That which stole the embers of amaterasu, was a sol brighter than a million suns.
My name is Ohara Haru. I am a reincarnated person from Earth. I was reborn again in a fictional world categorized as 'anime'.
The world I reincarnated into was not of my choice, but was thrust upon me by an nameless and faceless omnipotent being.
'It' revealed the confirmation of my death and also randomly spun a comical wheel with numerous tags from various anime.
It just so happened that the tag I got was of the fictional world of 'Naruto'.
I was a kid once and had watched the show when it came out on the air. Twenty-five years had passed since then but I had only ever finished watching the first season and was so too busy to watch anything else.
I could still vaguely remember my childhood and how much I loved a few anime.
However, I grew up with time and I let go of the old passions I once held.
Fortunately or not, it was the only fictional world I barely had any knowledge of.
At my birth, I was also told to make a wish and the said godly being would easily grant it.
I chose to wish for a simple ability. 'Limitless Potential'.
It was what it was.
Simple, efficient and practical as I would have to struggle and earn what I want to achieve. Seeing as how I could tell the godly being had a few screws loose, had I wished for anything flashy or all powerful right off the bat, it would no doubt have erased me from existence as it even told me so to my face before sending me off.
I luckily made the right choice and was told that I was too dull but because I had entertained him for a bit with the wheel spin, he let me go and essentially forgot about me while mumbling to itself.
In any case, the day I was born was just a little before the first shinobi war which I indirectly learned from the stories my birth mother had nursed to me.
This world's past, which was essentially a world war with an unprecedented death toll and conflict, had always been a chaotic one with both political and personal drama on all sides.
Upon my birth, I was born female as opposed to my once male gender from my past life.
With my new ability, I suddenly could comprehend things better and could feel myself growing more smart as time went on from the moment I took my first breath.
This was the power of my unique ability and it would definitely save and protect all that I love and care for once I am strong enough.
As for currently, I was born into a very small familial clan known as the Ohara clan.
My mother was slightly suffering from PTSD and as such, conveniently told me of the world and her life story almost regularly. Thankfully, she had enough awareness to care for me and to keep herself healthy, but she was struggling to keep talking over time and eventually, just went mute.
She was, after all, the last princess of her clan as the smaller conflicts with other clans had taken all of her family from her. She and I were the only ones left and along with being pregnant with me at the time of her clan's demise, she sought refuge in the mountains of snow country as all there was beyond the cave was an ethereal silence and ever falling light showers of snow.
~
Like that, 2 years soon passed and I had succeeded in unlocking my chakra or the mystical energy many but also a chosen few could manage to utilize and do incredible things.
As far as hidden geniuses go, I was a prodigy as with enough time, I surpassed my limits continuously.
My mother, Ohara Hana, was a traumatized civilian woman barely entering her twenties. She had fair white skin, long, pitch black straight hair and dark black irises with white pupils as per her clans signature features.
I surmised I also had those same features.
In my haste to grow stronger, I was definitely an abnormal anomaly in this world as I can logically believe that with my very existence, the history of this world and my future knowledge of a certain stretch of time will undoubtedly be useless to me.
So at best, I can only train myself for what is to come and train myself, I did.
~
3 years soon passed. It has been 5 years all together since I was reborn into this world.
My mother has regained her youthful glow but her eyes remained hollow yet, I can see how she tries to be there for me and motivates herself to do the minimum to stay alive.
I mostly hunted for food and water. I also learned various subjects from crafting, carpentry, cooking, philosophy, biology, mathematics, and even physics from my memories of my past life as a base for all my new insane comprehension abilities.
During these past few years, I have grown and developed my own use of techniques from martial arts I accumulated from my memories to silent killing techniques I remembered from various movies tv shows and few anime, especially with poison.
I have also gained a major poison resistance due to my ability as it was safe to say that day was the most painful and grueling of my life.
I had also done the same to my mother but I put her to sleep using a special concoction of drugs and had her repeat the process after various nights for a whole month as opposed to me having taken only one day.
Afterward, I kept at it until I began forging my own tools and eventually, weapons.
Using 21st century modern knowledge from what I know about Earth's history, I created a claymore easily three times my size out of special chakra metal I dug out from deep in the caverns within the snowy mountain peaks.
I also crafted my own form of armor and based my design off a certain medieval Victorian, armored battle-maiden dress.
I even crafted a tiara for aesthetics and even made one for my mother as I also know how to sow and make our current trendy clothes.
I knew that staying put was not the safest option as I somehow had plans to integrate the Uhara clan in the council of great clans that would soon gather under one banner in the near future.
Having quadrupled check everything we will need, I was constantly restricting myself using chakra metal brackets and ankles as wella s the added 100lb battle dress I was currently wearing.
My metapic heels touched the snow but did not cave in as I was using a special form of training to use the maximum amount of gravity on myself using my special and own unique set of Jutsu I invented over these past few years.
Along with my ever adapting body, I would say I was probably as strong as ten Olympic fit men holding a massive weight all together.
That was just my assumption but I was right about most things so far.
Beginning our trek through the snow, I lept my pace with my mother as we navigated through the snow as easily as if we were in an open meadow.
My offensive, defensive, and supportive capabilities had also skyrocketed.
I was already at what people of the world would rank as
Kage level strength which was the base strength for all village head leaders in the future.
Knowing that only two others in the whole.world could at.current, rival me in terms of raw power and strength, I was confident that during battle, I would make up for my lack of experience by leaps and bounds.
In any case, we had to get to a separate country, the Land of Fire as we were currently in the Land Of Snow where our clan was annihilated.
Moving through the seemingly endless snow, after countless days, neither me nor my mother were exhausted as I knew exactly how to thrive in virtually any inhospitable living environment as I learned to utilize chakra at a molecular level that I could basically consume dense amounts of chakra and it would act as supplementary food for us.
~
Approaching the sea after breaking through the snowy tundra, I lift my hands and make three consecutive unique hand signs that only I can use and form a boat made of crystal clear ice.
The ice was also bound to my chakra and I had an abundant amount at least on the level of what were known as Chakra biju or Kyuubi, this world's 9 great legendary beasts made entirely out of chakra with their own free wills.
I could go as far as to say I was the 10th unofficial monster as my power was still growing and when I would turn 10, I would have surpassed all those of this world and entered into the leagues of the extraterrestrials.
In any case, with how fast we moved over the sea, we soon arrived at the Land Of Iron a few days later. We began to trek across the country with minor conflict as I hid our signatures well as we breezed through said country altogether.
~
Finally, arriving at the border of the Land Of Fire, I did not bother hiding our signatures and without pause, not 10 minutes later, a Shinobi group from a clan I never heard of appeared and started celebrating upon seeing two beautiful women unattended.
Thinking we were an easy score, the 'clink' of my claymore sideways on my back echoed as I held my mothers hand and we continued on our walk as six bodies hit the ground almost simultaneously.
I had no need to pull out all the stops for weaklings as I could only turn to my lifless mother and sigh as she hardly reacted.
They were not dead by any means as I do not pick on the weak, but I did knock them all out while also disabling their manhoods permanently.
We continued on for a few days until we arrived at a rather flourishing area where a certain iconic cliffside was facing over a small valley.
Holding my mother shand as we looked over the saw of trees in the valley, I held a genuine grin while knowing I was making history here.
~
3 weeks later, I already constructed a Vicortian style mansion roughly at the base of the cliffside.
I cleared out the valley and realized that the area was at the very least, 13 football fields in size as according to my predictions, this village would need to hold several clans and civilians alike in the near future.
I had already felt various signatures probing around the area but they only observed…
For now.
~
Lifting myself off the ground using a reinforced metal lift-up bar, I was clad in heavy chakra draining restraints that would easily cripple if not kill any normal man if they were not careful.
'Hm.' Stopping at my current set, I dropped a few inches to my feet as my mother walked up and wiped me down with a fresh towel I crafted a few days ago. "... Looks like we have company, mother. "
My mother remained lifeless but I could she stared at me for a second longer than before as she next turned and wandered back into the mansion.
Probably to fix up a cool refreshing drink as usual.
Other than caring for me, she did very little of anything else. Lifting my head, I turned and reached to grab a clean clay cup with cool water as I drank it all down.
"... You're gonna show yourselves or am I going to have two beat down a couple of stalkers?" I soad casually while turning to the two blues appearing before me. "Hoh~? Ninja, huh? Can't say I've dealt with your kind before. Real trucky bastards the lot of ya'. "
I smirked but I couldn't help flipping out internally while keeping an aloof facade.
Hashirama Senju and Madara Uchiha!? Two of the great legendary pillars of the Shinobi world! In the flesh!
"Who are you?" Asked the Uchiha as it was clear these guys were in their prime and were at least on friendly terms, which would suggest the peace treaty and alliance between the clans was very soon at hand.
"Eh! Sorry, I'm Hashirama Senju. "He paused for a bit as I made no inkling to caring about his clan's name, which I could subtoy tell surprised him as I didn't even seem fazed but more rather, amused. "Is this… did you build this?"
He asked while looking at my mansion and on the next project I had started working on to be my personal workshop.
"Yeah' what's-it-to-ya', gramps?" I said arrogantly while spitting toward the ground and rocking my head back.
"Tch! Let me teach you some damn manners brat!" Marada, hot-blooded and battle crazy, soon smiled menacingly as Hirashima took a second to reboot and stop him before going too far.
"Wait! "The Senju turned to me and asked with sincerity. "Do we really have to fi-"
In a flash, Hirashima bolted out of the way while my fist sent the arrogant Uchiha hustling toward the sky.
However, with a 'poof', the Uchiha reappeared directly to my right as he was swinging down his fisr toward my head as I graced a grin and in an abnormal show of flexibility, bent my upper body at an impossible angle backwards as I next raised my left.leg and slammed it down to where Marada was no longer at.
A mile long fissure ripped open from the ground and stretched across the valley as I could clearly 'see' their shocked faces which looked expressionless unless seen with trained eyes like me.
They both spoke no words but instantly nodded as they next disappeared from view and then began a 2 on 1 beat down among monsters as I dragged the battle further into the forest.
It was taking all I had to keep the two monsters in check and when I say monsters, I mean it with every sense of the word as I could feel my very bones rattle with every block or counter.
With a 'hmph', I grinned as I managed to get 3 goot shots in on them.
2 on Marada and 1 on Hirashima.
They both stared for a bit as I swirled my tongue inside my mouth and spat out blood toward the ground as Hirashima only nicked me but still caused some minor damage.
"Not bad…" I said with an amused expression. "For two old men that is. "
