"What were you singing?" Jimin asked, looking doubtful.

"Spring day" I mumbled.

They all groaned.

~ ♡ ~

You woke up to your phone dinging. You glanced at the clock on the table. It was 8:35. You'd slept about 4 hours. More than you'd expected.

You picked up your phone, and swiped it open, hitting the message icon. A smile lit up your face.

Taehyung: Good morning, have you had breakfast yet? 🥢🍲 Tae

You quickly typed a reply.

'I haven't. I just woke up. Do you have any recommendations? 🤔 Y/n'

You hit send, and stretched lazily, limbs taking up the entire bed.

You sat up, just as your phone dinged again.

Taehyung: Actually I do. Meet me in front of the hotel. I'll be waiting. 👀 Tae

You got up, and walked to the window. Sure enough, he was standing against the same signpost, one hand in his pocket, the other holding his phone as he looked at it, scrolling with his thumb.

You giggled happily. You typed a reply letting him know you'd be a few minutes, and quickly got dressed, choosing a pair of high waisted Jean shorts, and a white crop top t-shirt, with your white high top converse. You put on the one cardigan you had with you, because it was only April, and it was still a bit cool outside. You pulled your hair up loosely, securing it with a hairclip. You brushed your teeth, and rinsed your face with cool water, patting it dry with the towel.

All of that took you about 10 minutes, and then you were in the elevator, heading down to the lobby. You stepped out, and waved to the nice desk attendant as you made your way to the door.

Tae was still looking at his phone when you came out, not noticing you right away. You stopped in your tracks, as you saw what he was wearing. He had on a pair of snug black Jean's with rips at the knees, black work boots, and a long sleeve grey turtleneck. You couldn't help but stare. Damn, he looked hot. You almost wished you could just stand there and look at him all day.

He suddenly looked up, and his eyes locked with yours. He smiled, and pushed off the pole, walking towards you. You watched him, not even caring that he knew, as your gaze took him in from head to toe. He didn't seem bothered by it at all, almost as if he were used to it.

"Hi. I hope you're hungry." He stuck his phone in his back pocket.

"I am. Lead the way."

He turned and started walking toward the street, looking to make sure nothing was coming, then he grabbed your hand, and jogged across, pulling you along with him. Once you reached the other side, he let go, so he could kneel and tie his boot that had come untied. He stood up, and reached for your hand again, intertwining his fingers with yours. Your stomach had butterflies. His hand was warm, and you liked how it curled around yours. You felt like a teenager on a date with her first crush. It was ridiculous, really. You knew this wasn't a date, he was just helping you get breakfast, and thank goodness, because you had no idea what everyone ate for breakfast here.

You walked a little further, and he finally stopped by what appeared to be a food truck. The two of you stood in line behind several people, until it was your turn.

"Hi, two please, and two banana milks."

He paid the man, and then handed you a banana milk. He held onto his milk, and the bag containing whatever it was you would be eating for breakfast in one hand, and with the other, he grabbed your free hand, and led the way to an empty bench. He sat, pulling you down next to him, and he pulled a wrapped item from the bag, folding the paper down, handing it to you.

You looked at him, watching as he did the same to the other one, right away taking a big bite.

His hand came up to cover his mouth, as he mumbled that it was hot, chewing carefully before he swallowed.

You looked at what appeared to be a sandwich in your hand, and you must have made a face, because he laughed. "Go on, take a bite. It's good. Trust me. Just be careful, its really hot."

You cautiously brought it to your lips, blowing on it first, opening your mouth and taking a small bite. You chewed, and again, you were surprised at how tasty it was. Was everything here going to be just as good?

"Okay, it's very good. So what is it?"

"Gaeran tost-u...egg toast."

"Egg toast? So...like, an egg sandwich?"

"Yes, that's exactly what it is."

You pursed your lips, trying to figure out what the difference was. You took another bite, chewing slowly. You had to admit, this was the best egg sandwich you'd ever had.

"So what's in it? It doesn't taste like the egg sandwiches I'm used to."

"Of course it doesn't. It's egg mixed with onion, carrot and cabbage, cooked and then put on toast with ketchup and brown sugar."

Wow. How do people come up with these things?

"It's delicious, thank you."

"You don't need to thank me."

You watched as he pulled the straws from the bag, putting one in each of your banana milks.

You picked yours up, and took a drink, watching him do the same. Then he looked at you, and you smiled.

"I could get used to all this good food. I might never want to leave."

"If you think this is good, you should try Jin's cooking." He mumbled, his mouth full of food.

"Jin? I thought his name was Jimin..."

He laughed. "No, haha, Jimin can't cook, at least not like Jin. Remember Namjoon telling you there were four more to our crew?" You nodded. "Jin, Hoseok, Yoongi, and Jungkook, to be exact. You'll probably meet them later."

You tried to remember the names he'd just rattled out, but only knew Jin for sure. You finished your breakfast, cleaning up your trash, and he asked you if there was anything specific you wanted to do today.

"Well, I didn't really bring a lot of clothes with me, and I probably should see if I can buy some more, but I'm sure you don't want to go shopping for clothes."

His eyes lit up, and he looked absolutely delighted.

"Are you kidding? I love shopping for clothes. Let's go, I know a perfect place."

Your hand was once again wrapped in his as he led the way to a store that had such cute outfits on mannequins in the window, and you could barely contain your excitement. He pulled the door opened, ushering you in ahead of him, and you looked around in awe at all the cute clothes. You walked from rack to rack, loving everything you saw.

"Y/n, you should try this on, I think it would look great on you."

He held up a black and white plaid mini skirt, with an off the shoulder criss crossed grey long sleeve shirt, gathered with little bows at the edges of the sleeves. It was adorable. You took the outfit from him, looking at the size thinking you'd need to find it in your size, but he had handed you one in your size. You looked at him, and he raised one eyebrow at you.

You walked to the back of the store where the fitting rooms were, and stepped inside one, excited to try it on.

"Don't forget to show me, y/n."

Tae had followed you to the fitting room, and was waiting outside to see how it looked. You couldn't help but think that he would be the perfect boyfriend. I mean, seriously, how could a girl be so lucky to find a guy who took care of her so well, and liked shopping?

You opened the fitting room door, stepping out so Taehyung could see how the outfit he'd chosen looked on you.

"Waah..." He stared at you for a few seconds, then motioned for you to turn. You spun slowly, allowing him to see every angle of the outfit, blushing slightly as you noticed the admiration on his face. "You look...beautiful."

You weren't expecting such a compliment. You wrinkled your nose, and shook your head.

"You do y/n, I mean it." He stated.

"Stop, you're being weird... making me all embarrassed and stuff."

He laughed, and lightly punched your shoulder. "You are going to buy this one, right?" He gazed at you, eyebrows raised.

"I don't know. I mean, I love it, but I need to look around. I saw so many things I liked." You glanced at yourself in the mirror, and you couldn't deny that you really loved this outfit.

"Okay, fine, let's look around. But if you don't buy this one, then I'm going to buy it for you."
