Journey.

The dark sky stare at Lesley with it's stars shining down on her. The breezy night air clothe her well being, her body glowing as the moonlight touches her skin, making her look like a fallen angel with her red hair. Above all else, it was quiet, only the cricketing of the insects was heard and the sound of the wood burning.

Beside her was the things she took from the guy that took her away. The cigarettes were still there, together with the matches. She took one from the box and start to smoke. She rarely smoke though since Harley's been always with her. Just in times that she feel really stressed.

The smoke dance through the air, looking so enticing. She threw the half burnt cigar in the fire, together with the whole box feeling a little bit disgusted. The cigar made her remember about the guy that took her away.

His wolfish eyes and a little bit of beard remind her of a wolf. She chuckle, it was a miracle that she even survived him though. He himself exuded an aura of a beasts, that she thought people bow down to him. Looking up, she gaze at the moon.

The others might be looking for the orb too since Clint hunted them down. And the news of the said massacre in their house might have spread out everywhere. Or, if they're lucky enough, their uncle in HQ already got down to it before it spread out. Biting her lip, she wonder if Harley's sleeping now.

'Uncle should not forget her little brother that its dinner time already.' She thought before touching her locket

Hanzo walk down in the deeper area of the forest, where monsters live. Leaves crunches under his feet, and birds fly away from him. His aura penetrate even deeper in the dark trail, angering some of the smaller beasts inside.

This forest is called the Concepción forest for some reason. This forest is the best place for exams for ninjas in Burgos. They test their capabilities and thinking in this forest by making them encounter the beasts inside. These beasts are really territorial and fights ruthlessly until they die. Their territory is really important to them as it shows dominance towards the other beasts.

But the bigger and scarier beasts inside felt another terror that they've felt a century ago. Hanzo gripped his sword and let the bandages fall out before smiling wickedly.

'The strongest ninja....' With his red eyes glowing and mouth in a malicious smile, he said, '....has arrived.'

Cries of beasts invade the once silent night in the forest. The birds flew around, while the beasts tried their bests to scurry away from the masked man who killed their alpha.

With the moon light shadowing his face, his red eyes glow maliciously as his sword eat the beasts whole. Never did the beasts saw as horrifying as seeing the mighty alpha being taken down by a guy. A guy that smiles maliciously under the moon light.

****

Time stood still as the individual stare at each other. Their eyes observing each others move.

'Hey.' Lesley called out

'Yes?'

'Could you tell me the way to the Capital?'

Hanzo stop and look at her seriously. 'No.'

Lesley cock her head to the side with her forehead in a knot. 'The f*ck? Are you kidding me?'

Hanzo ignore her and went back to putting wood in the fire. Lesley huff in annoyance, she can't believe that this guy has the guts to ignore her. Well, since she's injured and all suffice though. But still its annoying.

She glare at Hanzo thinking of ways to get rid of him. If he's just going to treat her like this then its better if he did not just help her at all, well that's a joke. She's grateful for it. Really. But he can't even tell me anything!

Lesley walk towards Hanzo who's still ignoring her. Taking the wood away from him, she force his face to look at her. There, she got a good angle to see his eyes.

Hanzo was taken aback by Lesley. Her warm touch penetrate his chin. The fire illuminated Lesley's face making his eyes darken. Hs took a hold of her arm but let it stay.

'Don't ignore me will you? Its annoying.'

'I...' Hanzo slap her hand hard away from his face.

'Sh*t.' Lesley thought as she lost balance and her hand tried to caught something to prevent her from falling.

Hanzo was grabbed by Lesley by his shoulder bringing him along with her.

'Ow!' Lesley huff as she landed with a heavy thing on her body.

Looking up, she saw Hanzo on top of her. His red eyes gaze at her intensely, with his mask being illuminated by the fire, she saw something that only in movies can be seen. Hanzo's eyes move towards her face, caressing her cheek before moving away.

Lesley sit up, feeling her cheek. 'Its still warm...' She thought

Hanzo continue putting wood on the fire. 'The capital is just straight ahead.'

***

Lesley woke up when she feels like somebody is gripping her. Blinking, she heard the hiss of a snake beside her and immediately swat it away. Looking around she saw that, she's already outside of the forest.

Her eyes widen in surprise. How did I get here?

Shaking off the thoughts, she started walking on the road. She doesn't have time to think about those kind of things. What's important is that she's outside already.

Looking around, she saw a cart heading to her way. She smile when a thought comes up to her. Wagging her hand, the cart stopped in front of her. The cart seems like it has some passenger inside though.

'Hi! Can I take a ride towards the capital? I really need to get there!' She said with a smile

The man frown and glare at her, 'Got no free rides for you girl!'

Lesley was shocked but still plead with the man. 'Please I really need to get to the capital!'

The man was gonna push her away but the man inside stop him.

'Stop Luigi.'

Lesley let out a sigh of relief but then notice the familiarity of the voice. Wait..

'Its nice....'

The curtain move to the side slowly and the masked man appeared before her eyes with an annoying smirk in his mouth. Lesley's eyes widen while the guy continue talking.

'....to meet you again little one.'

'You?' Lesley ask while frowning.

'Yes, me.' Then the guy tap his head, 'I just left you outside then you already left.' He said

Lesley blink. 'Why did you do that?'

Hanzo look at her sharply, 'You forgot?'

Lesley huff before opening the door and getting in. There she saw what could have been called food.

'Eat. You must be hungry.'

'Are we going to the capital?'

'Yes.'

Their journey is long, and all they did is to sit, eat, sleep and repeat. They never talk unless when Lesley's asking. The journey took almost a day that they arrived at night time.

Lesley heard noises of people that she open the curtain but Hanzo stopped her. His hand touching hers as he look at her intensely. 'No.'

Lesley frown, 'I'm just going to look.'

Still, Hanzo shook his head. 'People in the capital are the worst. You might not want to be seen.'

After a moment of silence, Lesley brush off his hand, 'Let me out now. It's night time, I don't think they would be able to know me.'

Hanzo knocked, making the carriage stop. 'Okay. Wish you luck.'
