Chapter 1 : First heart break

I have been living my life so peacefully after the heart broken which I met with in college when I was 15. I was so in love with this classmate of mine that when he asked me to be his girlfriend, I was like 😍 and hurriedly accepted it thinking that I was secured in his heart. little did I know the way of how relationships stay long and so I played the girlfriend part being innocent since I am obviously a virgin and so I didn't interact with Jerk ( the boy I was head over heels for) because Everytime he did something to approach me I was like a fool blushed in red and that made me end up flee from him to calm my foolish nerves and to save me from embarrassment. But little did I know that my actions were like a disappointment to him that not a week pass in a relationship did he dated my so called nemesis back in college Win behind my back. Of course Win knew of my long love for Jerk since she and I used to be best friends but since the day she spread rumours about me being pregnant I unfriend her since I don't like hanging out with those who backstabbed others. She became so intimate with Jerk in school compounds which lead my friends to look down on her since they all knew that I am officially Jerk's girlfriend and that I didn't cling on him since I always maintain an appropriate space with him. Win always ceased a chance to provoke me by holding, hugging and even kissing him on the cheeks where never I passes by but when Jerk saw me he acts like he was forced into it which made wanna puke since all his face reactions shows he's really enjoying that witch's spells😣. And so that's where I decided to change into the sexy thing which every boy and men could drool over. I started by cutting my lower waist length hair short to beneath my shoulder and also got myself my first pang and then I went to school wearing a white tight T-shirt which obviously shows my sexy body and a short green skirt which shows my sexy legs😂. I may not be the type to exercise but I sweat a lot just by dancing an hour each day every morning, lunch and evening. my legs may not be skinny but I have seen older men looking at my legs so I had no doubts, that I'll be a bitch from now on in every boys dream in this compound😂.

At school, a girl was seen entering the campus gate at 10.00 am which shows that she's obviously late for period 1. The girl was wearing a white tight t-shirt and an above knee green skirt, her straight black hair was held up in a ponytail while her eyes were slanting with brown eyes and her skin was of honey flavour which is light brown. She turns heads as she walked to her classroom, but she didn't care anymore since she had broken her first rule of being innocent and obedient till she reach 21 she can't retreat now. As she was entering her class her home teacher which favours her look her over with disappointed painted all over her face but pointed her to her seat which is in the first roll since she is the top of her students in class C. Her friends were also looking at her in awe while the boys checked her out like she's a completely different person while Jerk kept looking her way in order to start talking to her but this time she won't give him any chance and let him know of how much pain he had carved in her poor innocent heart.

When the bell rang for break everybody were out for their break except for her ( Joan) and her form teacher Anna who had asked her to stay behind during break. They were now sitting facing each other while Joan inwardly wishes that Anna won't interrogate her. " So tell me Joan is he worth the changes you brought about yourself just for him to notice you." Anna started while Joan kept her head low avoiding her teachers eyes, she replied "no miss I do not change for somebody's attention it's just that I wanted to live my life to my heart contents." "well if that the case then do make sure that it won't affect your grades this term, I don't wanna see my top student falling from her place just because of some fan, now that I have made myself clear you may go for lunch now." Joan secretly blew out a relieve air and bowed her teacher thanking her she left.

when Joan arrived at the lunch area she saw Win stared wide eyed at her and then jealousy was all readen all over her face while Joan just smirked at her and walked to her girlfriends area but before she could manage to reach them, Jerk whistle which got her attention and looked at him surprised with her left eyebrow raised, Jerk gestured for her to join him with his friends and so Joan signalled her girlfriends to wait for her and made her way to Jerk and his gang area. Joan was inwardly happy and at the same time confused of what she wanted to do with Jerk but when he saw him smirking to his friends and being proud she knew that he doesn't deserve any of her emotions. Jerk was so proud that once Joan was facing him, he shamelessly kissed her lips in front of his friends as if announcing that she is his girlfriend which his true but not anymore since Joan pushed him and wipe her lips with the back of her palm before saying " Let's breakup Jerk! I don't wanna be your girlfriend anymore and I am more into guys who don't switch dates" she said it loud and clear in order for the boys to hear and then left without giving Jerk a chance to process what she said😂.

After that day Joan had numerous dates but she was not into it anymore as she always ended the date in only 2 days and then moved on but she knew that she can't attached herself to someone no more since she is too scared of the broken heart again, once was enough but she can't forget about the pain Jerk had caused her.
