Liu Rushi immediately closed her eyes thinking that Lei Qingshan will kiss her. And at a time like this, she wanted it too...

Lei Qingshan opened the seatbelt for Liu Rushi and said "We have reached the destination, C'mon, let's go!!"

Liu Rushi looked at him baffled. She didn't dare look up, because he was still in front of her, rolling the window upwards. Noticing her shocked expression, Lei Qingshan poked on her forehead. "Get rid of those dirty thoughts!! We are going inside now."

With a smile, he opened his door and got out.

Liu Rushi was still surprised by him. She so much had wanted that kiss to take place. Then, she also hit on her head and said "Get a grip, Liu Rushi!! You can't think of it like this now... It's already getting over."

Lei Qingshan buttoned his coat and walked towards Liu Rushi. He saw her hitting herself while her lips moved up and down.

With an evil grin, he opened her door and leaned towards her.

Resting his one hand on the seat and touching her cheek with the other, he said in a seductive voice, "You seem to be wanting it. Why don't we just get it done, then?"

He paused and looked at the time on his wrist watch. Giving a relieved expression, he continued with the same seductiveness "There's still time. You know we can do more than this, sweetheart!!"

He traced her soft lips with his thumb. With a sexy laugh, he bit her earlobe and licked it.

Liu Rushi who was aroused by his seductive words and sexy touch was about to hug him, when he pulled himself back. He straightened himself and gave an evil grin.

"An eye for an eye, young lady!!"

Saying that, he swiftly walked towards the entrance of the hotel.

Liu Rushi sat there in disbelief. She had her mouth open in shock. 'He just took revenge.'

After taking a few deep breaths, she also got out of the car.

She had tied her hair in a messy bun and had allowed some strands of hair to fall on her face. Holding the purse in her hand, she walked towards the entrance.

Lei Qingshan was waiting for her at the entrance. Seeing her come, he approached her and signaled her to catch his arm. Liu Rushi held his arm and they both walked inside the hotel.

The hotel manager greeted them and took them to the hall where the event was organized.

Since they had a huge height difference, Liu Rushi pulled him by his arm to get his attention and Lei Qingshan questioningly looked down at her.

She then slowly whispered, so that only he can hear "Don't say to Mom and Dad about our engagement now, let us say it by tomorrow."

By saying an okay, Lei Qingshan agreed and they both walked together towards the hall.

On reaching, Liu Rushi was welcomed by a warm and surprised hug by Feng Mian.

Liu Rushi hugged her back and they both started talking.

Wu Muqing and Lei Qingshan formally greet another and look at the two girls talking as if they haven't talked since ages.

Wu Muqing then spoke "Two best friends should never meet before the starting of an event..." Shaking his head he again continued "Never, Never!!"

Looking at the two, Lei Qingshan also agreed "Yeah!! I guess so."

They both collide the sides of their head with one another and wait for them to stop talking.

Liu Jiangou who was passing by, saw two familiar men joining the sides of their head to one another while looking straight desperately.

He also saw in their direction and noticed Liu Rushi and Feng Mian talking excitedly.

Liu Jiangou always treated Feng Mian as his own daughter and so, Wu Muqing now was his son-in-law.

Looking at his son-in-laws, he walked towards them and asked "Is no one not gonna interrupt them??"

Hearing a stern voice from aside, Wu Muqing and Lei Qingshan straighten themselves and look at each other. Then, they look at where the voice came from.

Seeing that it was Liu Jiangou, they both greet him and again look at one another. They didn't know what to say because this question was related to his precious daughters.

Wu Muqing elbowed Lei Qingshan and whispered "You say something, after all he listens to you mostly." Elbowing him, he pushed him in front of Liu Jiangou.

Lei Qingshan stopped himself from colliding with Liu Jiangou. He turned his head around and made some cussing faces while looking at Wu Muqing. Then he again looked at Liu Jiangou.

Giving a big bow, he greeted him again and stammered. "Umm... mm..." Watching Liu Rushi from his peripheral vision, he noticed her laughing.

Taking a deep breath, he said "En, Father-in-law, I think... It's better to let them talk FOR A WHILE..." He applied more pressure on the word 'FOR A WHILE' and looked at Wu Muqing.

Signaling with his index finger while looking at Wu Muqing, he asked him to repeat.

Wu Muqing who understood what Lei Qingshan was trying to say, stepped forward and repeated "Ahh, Yes... Father-in-law, I think it's better to let them talk for a while, after all, you know, they have met after so long."

Wu Muqing elaborated on Lei Qingshan's statement and looked at Liu Jiangou with soft eyes.

With a big smile, he approached his son-in-laws and patted on their backs. "GOOD!! I'm proud of you both. Let's go!!"

He stood in between Lei Qingshan and Wu Muqing and while keeping his hands on their shoulders, he took them away from his daughters.

Lei Qingshan and Wu Muqing looked at one another through Liu Jiangou's arms and gave a satisfied smile.

Liu Rushi saw Lei Qingshan and Wu Muqing being taken away by her father. Giving a laugh, she talked even more openly with Feng Mian. While Liu Jiangou was taking them both to the bar, a voice came from behind him and he shuddered on hearing that voice.

"Where are you going, darling? Care to share with me?" Resting her hands on the side of her hips Liu Manni stood, while looking at Liu Jiangou with a killing glare.

Even though the voice was coquettish, it was enough to kill those three present there.

Liu Jiangou felt his back being burnt by her hot killing glare.

Like a dog wagging his tail while walking towards his owner, he let go of his son-in-laws and walked towards Liu Manni.

Giving a kiss on her cheek, he said "At least, keep my dignity in front of my son-in-laws."

Wiping the kiss from her cheek, Liu Manni looked at him more sternly and said "You will my spoil my pure and innocent son-in-laws."

Just like a fangirl, Liu Manni happily jumped towards her son-in-laws.

Seeing their mother-in-law come that way, Lei Qingshan and Wu Muqing looked shocked; wondering what they were seeing was a dream or a truth.

Greeting them, Liu Manni said them to enjoy the event and they soon got away from those two.

Liu Rushi and Feng Mian were talking about their past times, the time when they had sat with one another but never had uttered a single word.

Giving a laugh, Liu Rushi said "I really can't believe, MianMian. You were just beside me, but we never talked..."

Just as she was about to continue, an unknown voice sounded from behind her "And now you guys are talking..."

Not able to recognize the voice, Liu Rushi turned behind and her eyes widened....
