Chapter 2: The Knight and The Princess

They spent the whole day planning for the wedding, they didn't notice how much time they spent just on planning the wedding, after 6 painful hours they made amends.

The King decided that the wedding will happen 15 days from now.

The whole kingdom is invited, from the commoners to the nobles, No exceptions, that's the Queen's decision.

Ana and Leomord decides on how the wedding will look, Leomord suggested that the Knights should be on a row inside the basilica that's his only request, that leaves Princess Ana to decide on everything else, The King wanted to intervene but the Queen said "It's her wedding you already chose a husband for her now let her choose whatever she wants" The King can't argue with the queen, it's not because she was right but because she loves her Queen and her only princess.

25 days before the great war of the kingdoms.

"so what do you think fits me more?" Ana asked leomord for his opinion.

"Anything my love, no matter what you wear, I'm sure it will suit you perfectly" Leomord kisses her fore head.

Ana the hugged her due to extreme happiness.

Renown seamstresses gathered inside the castle for this is the day where they will present their Gowns for the Queen and for the Princess.

Dozens of big extravagant white gowns are being brought inside the castle halls, the helpers from the castle are so amaze with the beauty of the gowns, the seamstresses discussed with the princess on whats with their gown, one seamstress said that "this white gown embellished with diamonds and gold accent on the bust part" another claimed that "this white gown is sewn using only the top satin threads and gold threads" but one gown has caught the princess' attention, a skin tight gown not the usual big gowns used in weddings "can you tell me something about this gown?" Ana said to the seamstress "princess this Gown is one of a kind, not your usual gown, its made with the finest woven wools ,accented on the sides with a peridot stones and see through details on front" said the seamstress.

"I like this one" Ana said "Are you sure your highness? This is not a usual wedding gown" the helper said to the princess "thats why I liked it" Ana replied.

Ana fitted the Gown and seems like the gown is made for her which made her fall in love even more.

On the other wing of the castle, the king led Leomord to the armory.

"My king what are we doing in the royal armory?" Leomord said.

"Leomord I want you to choose the armor that you will be wearing on your wedding day" the king replied.

"'Me!? Will choose here!?" Leomord said.

The King nods enthusiastically.

"I know you know the history of the armors here, but I still wanted to tell the stories of all the armors in here, all of the armors that are safely kept in this armory belongs to the greatest, bravest and fearless warriors of our land desperia" the kind said.

"And you deserve to wear on more than anyone else not only you have the qualities but you also going to marry my one and only daughter" The king added.

"I'm honored your highness, for the kind words" Leomord said.

"Now you choose" The king said.

"I would love to wear one of those but my king this armor I'm wearing is what I want to wear on my wedding" Leomord said.

The king was so surprised and impressed on what Leomord just said.

"May I ask you why?" The King smiled and said.

"The armor that I wear right now my king, its full of scratches and dents but this is what and who I'm, and this is our kingdoms pride, so I choose to wear this one" Leomord said.

The King then smiled at him "I respect you and your decision but lets ask the blacksmith to make you a new one, okay? I wont take now for an answer" The king said and Leomord just nod in agreement.

The King and Leomord went to the towns blacksmith.

"My King" the Blacksmith bowed to the King.

"Arise, fine young man, you are the best in town, so can you make him another one of these?" The King pointed at the armor.

"Sure my king when does this is needed?" The blacksmith said.

"9 days tops, before the Princess and our Champion here" The King said.

"Alright your highness, 8 days and this will be done" the blacksmith smiled and assured the King.

"Thank you" Leomord said to the blacksmith and the blacksmith replied with a smile.

"Leomord we are not done yet, come with me" The King said.

20 days before the great war of the kingdoms.

At the kingdom of Celestia

"Lancelot, I want you to gather all your men - in 5 days time we will conquer the Kingdom of desperia" the King of Celestia.

"As you wish your majesty" while Lancelot is bowing in front of the king.

"And my dear champion, an ally is expected to come in 2 days time to assist us on this joyous event, be sure to be on your best behavior when he comes" the King added.

"As you wish my king" Lancelot agrees with no questions ask.

"Thats my champion, use the time we have left to train your men we cant afford another lost" the King added and Lancelot bows in agreement.

"Men, gather your weapons training stop till we can't hold any of our swords, no excuses" Lancelot announced.

At the Kingdom of desperia.

A pre wedding celebration is going, its been the Kingdoms tradition to do a pre wedding celebration 5 days before the wedding - cause after this the Bride and the Groom is forbidden to see each other, during the party the couple made a quick escape to be with each others arm privately.

"I couldn't believe this is happening my love" Ana said while hugging Leomord.

"No more hiding" Leomord said while he planted a kiss on Ana's fore head.

Ana looks at his eyes even if its still days before the wedding the princess kissed the knight of desperia, the King's champion on his lips under the glistening shine of the moonlight on the castle foyer where the maze garden is located.

Ana then pulled out from the kiss and smiled at him.

"Whats that for?" Leomord said while he tease fully grins at Ana.

"We aren't supposed to do that, remember?" Ana said while she is chuckling.

"I know but we did break and bent more rules before, whats the difference this time my love?" Leomord said.

Ana hugged his future husband so hard that it made Leomord feel a bit weird but he never bothered asking, instead he hugged Ana back.

The Moon seems to be in the lovers favor, that at its brightest, the light focuses on the two lovers in kingdoms garden.
