Hey Ara wait up! " shouted Lu as I walked down the sidewalk to the school. I stopped and waited for her to catch up.
" Lu I swear I didn't forget your birthday it just passed my mind that's all" I said hugging her. "It's okay now spill it out what is wrong? " Lu says and crosses her arms.
I had to tell her but she's going to think I'm nuts.
"You know how I said something didn't feel right,like something was coming?. " I started as we continued to walk home. Lu nods. " Well it feels wrong and I don't know why but I felt it more when Kor'ana walked in class"
I stopped walking and looked over to see Lu, she had her arms crossed. "Ara I know you can sense fear things before it comes but come on the new kid? "
"
I'm being for real Luann there is something is wrong with her" I called walking ahead of her. "Hey wait for me! " She cries and runs to catch up with me ,I laughed.

"Hope school was excellent today!" Miss. Evelyn calls as we walked by her. "Yes, Miss . Evelyn it was" I replied . "Oh good learning is good for the brain" she yells back, Lu waves at her and she rolls her eyes. I giggle and we walk on. "Not funny, ever since Tylor and I played that joke on her when we were seven she's never, liked me" Lu cried out.
"I would have to, You do realize you guys are identical right? " I joked. "Well yeah but that was like over ten years ago you would think she'd be over it by now" Lu cries, I didn't reply just placed the chains back on to the gate of the road and kept walking on .

The new kid huh?" Lu asks as we make it further up the road.
"I'm telling you Lu, I felt something wrong this morning but I felt it more when Kor'ana walked in ,It was like I couldn't breath" I replied.

The rest of the walk was silence.

We finally make it home and as soon as I got ready to step up to the porch Grandma Rose comes out and the door slams shut from behind her. She looks upset.
" Grand mommy what's the matter?" Lu and I looked at each other then waited for grandma Rose to say something. "I saw evil today and now I can feel it, its all over you Sarah" Grandma Rose didn't seem okay, I've never seen her like this before. Wait, Ara that means you was right? " Lu asked with a confused look. "I knew something felt wrong,I was going to tell you grand mommy I swear I just needed to figure out why I felt the way I do. I felt it more when the new kid walked in" I replied giving her a kiss on the cheek and walked inside with Lu following behind .
"I know my dear but you have to tell me things especially when you sense things . "Do we know anything about this "new kid"?" Grandma Rose asked fixing us a after school snack until dinner was ready.

Well her name is Kor'ana Jeremy not much on her she says but something is odd about her" I stated. "Hmm that name sounds so familiar" Grandma Rose said as she started dinner. Meatloaf was Grandma's favorite. Honestly it's mine as well.
"Get to know her more, I want to know everything" Grandma rose was now mixing the meat with green peppers.
"Wait no way,Grandma Rose if you saw her-" She cuts me off. "Sarah Mona just do it , if something feels wrong sometimes you have to face it to feel the scare" Grandma Rose places the Meatloaf In the oven and sit the timer for 30:00 minutes then walks over to sit beside me.
"Okay but I'm out when I feel uncomfortable with her" I said removing myself from the table and headed to my room while Lu watched TV.

After dinner, Grandma Rose, Lu and I sat on the porch for awhile, the air felt cool. Lu talked on the phone as we enjoyed the coolness, everything seemed fine until Lu ran off the porch, grandma Rose and I looked at each other she nudges for me to follow her. I nodded and ran to catch with Lu.
She was at her and Tylor's favorite spot.

"Lu what happened back there? " I asked as I finally caught up with her.
"Dad is going back to mom and she doesn't want me there,she still blames me for why Tylor did what he did. Dad says I have to be out by next week" I hugged her as cried.

A few minutes later we make it back and explain everything to Grandma Rose.
" Luann you are family already, you are more than welcome to stay . your father would choose a devil over an angel to live with but in this house is love" Grandma Rose pulls Lu in and Lu pours out heart to her. I never seen her like this , usually Lu is the jokester and the one who makes me smile, now she's hurt and I don't know what to say .
She's my best friend/sister I hate her like this, grandma Rose gave her a tight hug and she smiled at me with a weak smile I smiled back and heads for my room.

"Good Morning ladies how did you two sleep?" Grandma Rose asked sitting a plate of pancakes, a bowl of grits with light brown sugar covering the top and some bacon to add with it. "Yes grandma Rose I did thanks for allowing me to stay here, you're the sweetest woman in the world! " Lu Said giving her a hug. Grandma Rose smiles and shu's for us to eat.

Lu and I head to her place to grab her things after breakfast, since she's got to leave anyways.
" There's no way I can get all my stuff out by next week, I have more things then a prince has in a kingdom. Lu cries as she goes through her things.
"Your father would be so proud of you, you grew up to be such a wonderful woman" grandma Rose said as she walked over to see how we was doing.
"Awe grandma Rose thank you that means a lot". Grandma Rose smiles and grabs a box of what Lu had packed up.
Lu and I have been best friends ever since we was three. One day my dad and grandma Rose took me to the new park that just opened up, I believe mom was there at the time but who knows she's just a name now.
I was playing on the slide when I saw this little red headed girl ( Lu) getting pushed by Tee a local kid who thought she ran everything just because she was a year older than most of the neighborhood kids, somehow she thought was the boss.
Lu was new to town, Tylor and her came from Finland. Lu says it's a small place but I feel like it's huge.
I slided down the slide and ran up to Tee and pushed her over and picked Lu up, Tee looked at me and stood up. I pushed her back down, her dad came running up to stop the fight but by that time my dad was there.
"Tell that brat of yours to keep her hands off my child! " Tee's dad yelled getting in my dad's face. My dad placed a finger in Tee's dad's face and started speaking Arabic, I never saw my dad get mad like that. Yeah we are Arabic but we live as Americans, dad wanted me to grow up knowing what I was but could I choose how I want to live.
"You act like I don't know what you said Razor, we went to school, that Arabic shit can't get passed me so cut that shit! "Tee's dad pushes my dad's finger away from his face then turns to Tee who is still on the ground.
Lu hugs me and Tee's dad looks confused as he helped Tee up. " Why are you hugging that little girl while you keep pushing my daughter down Sarah? " my dad eyed Tee's dad as he asked me.
"Answer the man Sarah Mona. " my dad said nudging me. I hated when he calls me that, Sarah would be fine. Lu smiled when she heard my name and spoke up.
"My new best friend Sarah aka Ara saved me from Tee, she kept pushing me every time I would get up so Ara did it back to Tee" Lu's voice was soft at that time.
Tee's dad looks at Tee and askes her " Teena tell me you wasn't bullying this little girl? Tee stood there and didn't say a word. "Teena don't make me ask again! "Tee's dad yelled. "Okay I was so what! " Tee yells back. " I will deal with you later young lady, Razor and Sarah I owe you guys an apology,I was wrong for my actions" Tee's said as he stuck his hand out for my dad to take but he wouldn't.
"Thank you Frank that means alot to us" grandma Rose said chiming in. Dad just looked at her.
" I appreciate that Zea" Tee's dad said then grabbed Tee by the arm and dragged her as he walked to his truck.
A few minutes later Lu and her dad came up to us and yes he was a ass when I first saw him and still is.
"Thank you so much for saving me! " Lu said hugging me than ran to her dad, they was leaving as we was as well

" Ma, what is it? " dad asked grandma Rose after getting home from the park. "Let's talk in private Raz" grandma Rose replies.
My dad nods as he hands me a sandwich. " Sarah Mona go watch tv while grandma and I talk" I nodded and placed myself on the loveseat. I turned on the T. V and found ( Lady and the Tramp) my favorite movie was playing.

"You know this for a fact that she has it? " Razor asked. "I'm sure son, Sarah has the gift I saw it just before that Tee girl pushed that little girl down. Sarah kept saying she was cold and goosebumps were on her arms"Grandma Rose said as she looked out the door to see me still sitting on the loveseat, I waved and she smiled.
"That means-" Razor starts... "I know son but your father had so it was guaranteed someone else in the Lee family would get it and it happened to be Sarah, be proud of her Razor Luke ,no need to worry" Zea says to her son
"Will she be okay with it? " He asked looking out the window. "I don't know son" Zea replies then walks out.
